  Suntrek installed my home solar system about 14 years ago. It has worked perfectly all these years until one of my inverter boxes stopped working. There was a choice of just replacing the old box or doing a LOT more work on the system to upgrade it to a newer box. I preferred the former, since it was less expensive and could be done more easily. Suntrek worked so hard to find me what is now a vintage, out of stock inverter that was compatible with my old system. They found it and installed it, saving me a lot of time and money. I'm just thrilled with them!!!

  I had a leak in my pool Suntrek was pretty responsive and stayed on top throughout the whole project. I had a good experience from talking to Greg, the sales rep, who came out to do the first site survey and explained clearly to me how would the system work. He was very professional and knowledgeable and made some good recommendations on how should I set up my system. The design team came to do a second site survey and did the measurement, then they explained to me how exactly my system would look like. The installer team installed the system in two days and showed me how to use the system.

  Dealing with Suntrek was a pleasure from the sale to the installation was completed. Ethan explained the process using a great computer program giving detailed facts about the efficiency of the system. The project started on time and was completed on schedule. The installation crew was friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up everything at the end of the project. I will recommend Suntrek to my friends and business associates.

  Replaced an existing Suntrek installation from the 1990's. Price was better than I expected and installation took only a day. I would recommend Suntrek install with pool cover as good alternative to pool heater in many SoCal locations.

  After some consideration I decided a residential solar water heater was the optimal way to replace my aged 40 gallon gas fired water heater. I checked with a number of companies and chose Suntrek. I initially asked for a much larger tank of 120 gal but was advised that my small family used very little hot water and low water flow through a big tank can cause problems, so I agreed to an 80 gal tank with a built-in backup electric heating element. I have a two story house with a basement-like area under the house for the hot water tank; I got a clear description of where each component would go.

  I had a leak in my pool We had pool solar installed onto our Midcentury modern home. Suntrek was able to work with our schedule and we were able to coordinate the install to include putting down the solar mounts, then they waited for us to have our roof insulated with spray polyurethane foam with a different company and THEN they came back to finish the installation of our pool solar panels. We also had them upgrade our old pool pump at the same time.

  Had Suntrek do a solar install on our home in Riverside, CA. Super knowledgeable and gave me several options. Ended up going with the largest possible system for our home. The biggest (pleasant) surprise was that the install on 800sq ft of panels was only one day. They probably brought out 12-15 guys for the job and it was started and finished in a day. Quality is excellent and service is top notch. Highly recommend.

  Suntrek is an excellent company with amazing, professional and kind employees. We had our solar panels installed 20 years ago and they are still cranking out the power. We recently had a new solar heater for our pool installed and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.   We have used Suntrek solar for both our homes in southern CA and have had a great experience both times. Pricing was very competitive, in fact their quote was lower than any of the others we got and the quality of the panels superior. They completed the project within with estimated time quoted. The cost was exactly as predicted in the quote and they have been great about monitoring the system and making sure it's preforming properly. I highly recommend them. We used them for both home solar as well as pool solar and have been very happy with them.

  SO impressed with these people, who were recommended to us by our pool guy. We had a leaking 10 year old solar system and the people who installed it had disappeared... Called Suntrek and they sent Aaron Hill out immediately. He diagnosed the problem right away and said it was only a broken $10 tube, so charged us for the agreed upon $185 visit + $10, fixed it, and was on his way. Really appreciate their honesty and customer service! I am a Realtor and will be highly recommending them to any clients that need their services.

  Suntrek installed our pool solar system 5 years ago in April 2014. Just before July 4, 2019, we noticed water streaming down the roof from the T intersection of the hot water return. Even though the company was incredibly busy with the Holiday and peak summer season, Logan worked diligently to fit us into the schedule for a repair. Neri was our original installer in 2014 and he was the person to come out and quickly identify and replace the faulty fittings in 2019. Neri was professional and skilled as always. He even pointed out a small leak near our pool chlorinator that our pool professional hadn't even noticed. Suntrek has hired system architects and installers who have stayed with the company for well over a decade. That team combined with Logan's excellent customer service instills confidence that Suntrek will support and honor my system warranty for the full 15 years.

  Our solar system was previously installed by Suntrek and after 16 years of excellent service, the high winds of our winter storms dislodged some of the panels. We decided to refresh the whole system and Ethan showed us some now available better options. The solar was replaced, and it looks great. Jose and Neddy were very accommodating and courteous as they worked on installation. After the job was completed, I asked Ethan to change one of the panel angles--- and shortly thereafter Aaron came to make the adjustment. Really wonderful service and a willingness to please their customer. I highly recommend this business. I also greatly appreciated some insights that Aaron gave me regarding our pool filter operation. The solar is working well and right now (during June gloom) our pool temperature is hitting 80 degrees.

  Want to give another BIG shout out to Suntrek they installed our pool solar we had a couple of minor things that needed looking at and they sent Neri out to our house on a Friday at 5:00 o'clock, he's a very cool guy and knows his stuff he fixed the problem and never complained.   I just had solar panels for my very first pool installed. To date, this is the best experience I've had in my new home. From the first visit by Ethan to the wonderful, efficient, courteous technicians, Neri and Jose! Neri and Jose did a great job and were extremely patient with me. They did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation the my new solar system! I hope you are a company that values your workers. I have had many experiences since July of last year and this is by far the very best for me.   In 2004, Suntrek installed solar heating for our swimming pool. Recently, we discovered an issue with the system. Today, Neri, a Suntrek technician, arrived to fix the problem. We could not be happier!!! He not only repaired the particular problem with the solar but identified and repaired a faulty sensor issue and replaced a valve that was in disrepair.   I had Suntrek install a solar pool heating system and a solar hot water system for our home in La Quinta, CA. I felt that their pricing was fair and they completed the project on-time.   We had this system installed on our roof for our swimming pool 12 years ago. It's still working!! No leaks and still heats up our pool about 6 degrees higher than otherwise without solar. The system at that time cost about $3,300 and heats up our enormous swimming pool. The system covers our entire back roof. The only downside is the sensors have to be replaced about every five years at a cost of a couple hundred dollars. I suppose that is to be expected. Overall I'm glad we got this and would highly recommend Suntrek to anyone.

  We had Suntrek install 20 panels for solar power and a systme to heat our pool about this time last year. Lets address the solar heating system first. Incredible. We have a 45" pool that is 9' at it's deepest part. In the summer our pool was always between 85 and 90 degrees. The fact is that we had to cut back on the time cycle because the temperature wanted to climb above 90 F. As for the solar, there was a problem with a switch that caused the system to not perform at its optimum level. This problem was caught by Suntrek through their monitoring of the system and through Suntrek's continuing customer satisfaction followup program. The problem was identified and fixed immediately, Suntrek is in the process of providing an upgrade to the system that will actually provide more power generation over the lifetime of the system. In summary: there was a glitch that I cannot in all honesty say was totally the responsibility of Suntrek. The Company stepped up and addressed my concerns and has provided a solution that is very fair and meets a high moral standard.

  I had solar heating installed in my 15,000 gallon home pool. So far my family is happy and the pool feels great! I did notice a plume of green material (probably the starts of algae) when I started up the pump after a day of non use. I think it was user error on my behalf and should have drained the solar panels first.
