  I have never had to deal with a solar company until our inverter went out. After calling a few of the "higher rated" companies, I quickly realized they nickel and dime you just to show up. After calling Holli and her team, I realized they were the real deal. Their professionalism and customer service was top notch. Needless to say, I got a new inverter at a competitive price, and their installer, Rick, was a great guy. I will only use them for my solar needs. Thanks again.

  Two years ago I purchased a home which already had solar installed and suddenly it stopped producing around July (I found out when my bill was unusually high). The original installers of the solar are either out of business or just...unresponsive...and in my research I found Sunrise Energy. I called Holli and she absolutely saved the day! Someone was at my house within two days and discovered that the original homeowners never updated the breaker to the house. They promised to come back the next business day with a new breaker and they did! Rarely have I ever had contractors actually do what they said they'd do and when they said they will. Working with SES was a breeze and I will be returning to them for sure! Everyone I spoke to was eager to help and genuinely cared about doing a good job. They made what could have been a really painful process completely painless. I couldn't be happier with my service!

  I wish there were more stars because of SES excellent service from beginning to end. Owner Holli, Brian, Ryan and two others (sorry, I can't recall names), were all wonderful. All questions were answered, everything was transparent. I can't say enough about SES! I am so appreciative!

  I purchased a solar system with 14 panels and I routinely see SDGE bills over $200 per month. I also have a separate panel for the water heater. The system never did what it was touted to do. I paid over $30,000 for a really lousy system with worse support. Do not be sucked in!

  The sunrise crew just finished installing a new AC and furnace and man, did they do an outstanding job! From the moment Dan, the supervisor, came to my house to give me an estimate, I knew I had chosen the right company for the job! They came here today on time and didn't leave until they knew I was comfortable with the job. I HIGHLY recommend Sunrise Energy! I will be reaching out to them again when I am ready to install solar :-).

  I purchased my solar from Sunrise Energy in 2015 and have been very happy with my choice. They were great to work with from beginning to end on the install, price, and quality. I have had a couple problems with equipment since my purchase, but the problems were resolved very quickly, nothing do to their workmanship. From my experience, take it for what it’s worth., you will be hard pressed to deal with a nicer bunch of people, all the way to the top! Having had a business, now retired. I usually will leave bad reviews when I’ve had buyers remorse, so I feel happy when I can leave a good review. I would highly recommend them, Imhope if you do your experience will be a good as mine.

  We were building a new construction from the ground up. We had called several HVAC companies for quotes and SES was responsive, competitive and comprehensive in that they handled HVAC, Solar, and whole house fans. They have great customer service, courteous employees, great can-do attitudes, and able to customize their service for our custom home. Holli made us feel like family, Dan Sr. the HVAC guy was tops, Brian the sales person we first met at a home show was responsive, Dan/Tony the solar guys were great and the pricing/10 year warranty is hard to beat. We love our quiet HVAC, quiet whole house fans, and the solar allows us to be comfortable in the heat of the summer. I would recommend SES and blessed to have them in our house build process. I'll not build a house from the ground up again, but I'd use SES all over again.

  I first met them at the Auburn Home Show and got estimates for our HVAC and solar. In the process of getting other bids for comparison, I met Holli Tamas, the owner of the company. It was great to work with her and the staff. Our house was complicated with the needs and timing delays of other subcontractors but Holli was patient and prompt when we needed their crews onsite. When it comes having workers in my home, it is important to have courteous crew members, and assured they are professionals. SES was competitive in their pricing, but more importantly they stand behind their work and the crews were quality people! Every time I need to adjust my temperature, I am grateful for SES and love our system.

  Called on a Wednesday and they scheduled me for the next day! Technician called in advance, showed on time, respected our home in every way by wearing booties and gloves. Spent about 45 minutes in total, changed our AC filters for free, inspected entire system from yard to attic. Our AC was blowing ice cold when they left. Very professional and would refer them to a friend or family member anytime... very fair pricing was just the icing on the cake. We also have a faulty solar pool heater and they offered to schedule and come out to fix that as well.

  I had my solar installed for about 3.5 years now and I normally don't leave reviews. I have to say it was the best purchase we ever made, considering we have PG&E living in Rocklin it's saving us a ton. About the install and service. All the guys were professional and punctual on the promises they made. I did have a problem with my inverter going out a year ago.

  Great place to buy your solar system. Friendly, up-front, and honest. No pressure sales, just give the facts to assist in your decision. Installation was fast, efficient, with a knowledgable, clean-cut crew. Highly recommend.

  When I had a problem with my pool solar equipment, I do what I always do in these situations: Call HolliTamas at Sunrise Energy Solutions. In the past, Holli has always taken care of my needs even when it meant providing extra protection on an expired warranty or fixing an acute problem that needed immediate attention. She was always there with her expert crew who were knowledgeable and super friendly.

  I called Sunrise Energy Solutions and was immediately greeted by a happy friendly voice on the other end. They answered all of my questions and concerns about Solar and were accommodating with my schedule to come out for a pre-site. Not only was the man who came out friendly, but he was full of witty, funny, jokes! We ultimately went with them and purchased a 4KW solar array and couldn't be happier with

  I had these people install solar panels on my roof over a year ago. each time it rained we had water leaking from roof. Kids who were hired to do the work did their best but leaking roof is what we were afraid and yes, it is leaking. This lady-the owner of the company told me the home-owner, that I was lying in telling her that my roof is leaking and i need repairs done since they worked on my roof and original roof warrantee is no good anymore. Apparently they warranteed the workmanship and leaks from their working on my roof are not covered. She is argumentative and nasty to deal with. She plays the roll of women owned business card and claims she is being taken advantage by doing warranty work. She has big Ego problem and claims her billionaire attorney husband will fix the arising problem. She does not deserve your and my business with that callous attitude. I will do my part to raise consumer awareness and don't mind to call out crooks and CONS like her. AH
