  From service, to price, to newest panels, we were so satisfied with Michael and True Power Solar. We interviewed many solar installers and were worried that we would not make the December 31st tax credit deadline, unsure if the 26% federal tax credit would be extended. We decided to go with Q-Cells 420 because they had just came out with a 420 watt panel, which was the highest wattage for it's size, and meant we could achieve our kw/h needs on the limited south and west facing roof areas.

  Good service, Jeff was an exceptional sales rep, referred a roofing company to me so I can repair my roof before installing solar, price and work were both excellent. Installation was a breeze, crew came in early in the morning, 6 of them, wrapped up by mid afternoon. Everything has been working seamlessly since then, just got my 12 months reconciliation with SCE last month and got a small amount back, so the calculation of panels needed was right on.   A month ago, our panels were installed by True Power and it has been great! We did our research and met with different companies before deciding to go with them.The representative that came to our house was super helpful and explained the company's process.

  True Power Solar did an amazing job helping me go solar. From the very beginning my sales rep,Miss Guan made sure we understood the process. The company immediately started working on getting city permits,everything went smoothly and our system was perfectly installed! So happy that we'll get a great saving from today~~~~~~

  I have had true power solar since 2014. This has been the best investment that I have ever made since owning a home since 1996. The company is very customer service friendly from the installers to the customer representative like John. They are with you from beginning to the end they even follow up with you to make sure that everything is working well even over time. I have even had more panels installed since the initial ones. When ever I called them John makes sure that all my questions and problems are fixed and resolved. I recommend true power solar my electric bill is about $600-$700 for the year which is great. So again True Power Solar is a great company and a worthwhile investment.

  True Power Solar really came through for us! We have an 8 year old Sunpower system that quit working. The company that installed it is out of business and only Sunpower certified technicians are allowed to do repairs. Choices are few and far between, but True Power Solar communicated well, showed up, fixed the problem, and didn't overcharge us for the privlege! Thanks True Power Solar!

  I am so grateful that John took care of all problem with solar panels by True Power Solar. All wires and boxes on the roof were hidden after he came to our home and checked himself what I was complaining about. Also, he set up my conference call with Edison, found the reason why our electricity bill came very high after solar panels installation, request Edison to change our rate to the correct one. He also refund us with the money that Edison improperly charged us. John is the excellent example of how the company should take care of customers.

  Very poor customer services. The dealers cheated when they sold their products. After you bought and installed them. No one answered your phone and respond your questions. Whats worse, the panels never work as expect.

  I did alot of research before going with True Power Solar. After about 2 years of doing research and speaking with several different companies I decided to go with True Power Solar. I can honestly say, John Almasy was one of the main reasons I chose True Power Solar. He was thorough during the entire process and answered all of our questions. After the installation was completed, John made sure we were happy with our system. My two brothers have also used John for their solar installation. We all agree, John's honesty and his competence are reasons why we will continue referring him to family and friends.

  I was referred to John Almasy by a couple of friends who had solar power installed by True Power Solar. First, John is not a pushy salesman. John provided me with information on how to save energy such as replacing a pool pump and installing led lights and a quiet cool ventilation system. Secondly, once I agreed to go forward with solar power, John made the process extremely easy, efficient and stress free. Start to finish was 3 weeks! I can't say enough about the great customer service from John. The entire crew, headed by Steve, did a fantastic job installing the solar panels without any flaws. What I appreciated the most was the honesty and no pressing. I highly recommend them!

  We spent 5 years researching solar companies and there was always something wrong with each company so we just kept looking and weren't in a rush. We wanted to be 100% sure about the company and service we would be getting. We found what we waited for with this company. John Almasy was referred to us and he is competent and honest. From beginning to end, John saw everything through. There were ZERO surprises or problems. We've had our solar installed now for 3+ months and we are 100% satisfied. John still reaches out and asks if we are happy with the service. This guy REALLY cares about his clients!

  John Almasy with True Power Solar came out and gave us a very competitive quote for our solar panel system. There were complications because of the way our house is situated, but the True Power Solar folks took all the complications in stride and gave us a great system of solar panels that was installed with first class workmanship. I know other folks have had issues with roof leaks after having their panels installed. But True Power Solar used a system on our roof that looked as thought it was installed by professional roofers.   After consulting with several solar companies, my husband and I settled on True Power Solar. The sales presentation was professional, and we settled on the pre-paid program. True Power Solar immediately worked on getting the permits from the city and our HOA. Within 2 months, the solar system was installed. The equipment and workmanship was top-of-the-line. Now, our electric bill is approximately 90 cents a month; during the summer, when we have the A/C on. Needless to say, we are very happy.

  I had a solar power system installed by True Power Solar. The installation was quick and clean. They have been handling all of the paperwork and permits. I hope to start enjoying the benefits any day, but when I comparison shopped, they were the most cost-friendly solar lease company
