  SunPower Solar. I originally posted on Yelp regarding SunPower Company and accidentally went to a wrong site and spoke with a gentleman named Aaron Dabbs who went over above and beyond to help me solve this issue that got us so angry. It turned out his company is not the one we've been having problems dealing with. But nevertheless, he helped us by contacting the right company.

  I recently wrote a scathing negative review of SunPower by Sun Solar and I need change my 1 star review to a 5 star. First off, I would like to apologize to Aaron for not understanding where my complaint should have been directed. My panels were installed by Sullivan through SunPower Direct and my negative experience was due to the outsourced customer service of SunPower Direct. Aaron saw my review and called me within 20minutes of me posting my original negative review last Friday evening.

  Mid June 2022 - SunPower by SunSolar inspector comes by for roofing and electrical measurements. Yet a later review of stamped drawing set shows electrical main in wrong location. Wiring going to places they don't need to go. I made SunPower by SunSolar aware of this upon review and sent photos of actual locations.

  We are at week 19 - nearly double the time frame initially promised of 8-10 weeks. My relatives spoke highly of SunPower by SunSolar's service, yet that buzz is wearing down - hopefully understandably.

  Ordered Tesla Power Wall and additional Sunpower panels. Aaron the sales manager gave me the best price of all the companies I contacted. Sean came out yesterday to do a site evaluation for the job and permit application.. Love the fact that he was prompt and on time for the appointment. Gave me a lot of insight. So far I am very pleased with everything done so far. They keep you informed and no bullshit as with other contractors. They are authorized master dealer for Sunpower and Tesla. No middle people nor do they farm out the work to subcontractors as other May do.

  Long story short.. we are agents representing the buyer. My clients are new immigrants and were initially denied a solar lease due to pending ss#'s.. we ran into some communication problems with the solar company when Aaron Dabbs immediately jumped on the case with the entire company and we were approved within a day and a half.... Anyone looking for a company that stands by what they say, look no further than SunPower...

  Tony was super helpful and went above and beyond!! My solar system had stopped communicating with their server. He was in the neighborhood and stopped by even though I wasn't on the schedule. Thank you, Tony!!! You are great!

  A few Years back I noticed this Really Nice Truck in the Neighborhood Advertising SOLAR I Introduced myself to the guy SKIP and got a Few Business Cards - Over the Years I had Referred SKIP to several people ALL of whom said he did an Excellent Job !   We are very happy with the process of obtaining our new solar sustem. Todd Trippett was very instrumental in helping us deciede what company to go with. He was very thourogh in explaining everthing to us. Scott Ryan was very helpful also in following up on the completion.   In 2009 I had installed in my neighborhood the first solar voltaic system – 36 panels – 6.3 kW. Works well and cost fully recovered. Through some lifestyle changes, I started to use more AC, leading me to plan on adding an additional solar voltaic system. I invited 8 contractors for proposals. Because, these older lower efficiency panels are facing south, which is the roof’s prime real estate, I described to the contractors that we should relocate 18 old panels to the west and east facing roofs, in order to make room for the new higher efficiency panels oriented towards the south. With this added requirement four contractors did not want to proceed.

  After interviewing 5 solar companies, I decided to go with Sun power by Sun solar. I spoke with Todd on a video call, and he was very informative, able to answer all my questions, and not at all high pressure. He explained to me all of the benefits of solar power, why his solar panels were one of the best in all of the industry, and how they would be of service to me before during and after installation.

  It is a very difficult installation to procedures complete because we did a complete tear of and install of a new roof at the same. Sun Power Solar did a great not only installing their product but also in coordinating with the roofing company to complete the job.

  Aaron and his team are very professional and they were a pleasure to work team. He took the time to explain all the options of solar and did an excellent job reviewing my electricity to recommend the number of solar panels needed.

  My job was not a very big one so there was not a lot of money involved. Skip still took the time to come out and diagnose and work with me to get a new inverter through Sunpower under warranty . Skip came out and installed the inverter for a very moderate price. I wanted to thank Skip for his hard work and dedication to me. All my solar needs will now be done through Skip and his business.   I wanted to share my experience with SunPower by Sun Solar. Unfortunately we purchased our solar system from a company named RCC Solar who went out of business approx 2 years later and so did all the great promises and contractual agreement did too. We began experiencing issues with our system and with the company now out of business we were left to find someone to help us.
