  SunPower designed the system, filed city permits, upgraded our old electrical panel, scheduled our installation, and set us up with the awesome app where I can monitor my solar production, money savings, and CO2 reduction. We purchased our SunPower panels 8 months ago. 95% of the time they have produced more energy than we have used in a day. Recently they added the ability to see individual panel output which is nice to know everything is working correctly. We have been happy with our system. We decided to purchase because we feel electricity rates are going to continue to go up but our cost will not. Our $9300 cost (after rebate) will pay itself off in about 7 years. It is possible that the payoff time will be less if electricity costs continue to rise.

  The whole process was easy and fast for us. We got a proposed plan from them based on the our electricity usage and sun coverage of our house. Once it's signed, they requested the permit for us, and came over for installation. We had grounding issue which they also helped us to fix it. Then scheduled a inspector to check while they waited more than half day for the person to show up just to make sure everything is good. They took care pretty much everything for us.   Great company to work with. I reached out to them because they are one of the two SunPower master dealers in my area. Ultimately I went with SolarVast because I felt our advisor Ken was straight up with me. He didn't try to oversell solar or overstate the savings. Tony was our installer and his team did an awesome job installing. He took the time to explain to me the process from install to permission to operate. Excellent service! Thank you.

  I refer Joanna of SolarVast to my friend Henry. She help him to set up the systerm. SolarVast did the best job for him. Very professional group of people to install the systerm. I will recommend to my friends when they need it. Thanks SolarVast !

  It can be overwhelming to know which solar company to go with with so many options out there. Willie from SunPower assisted us 2 years ago with our solar purchase. He was helpful from the beginning and has continued to follow up each year for a system report to make sure our panels are running smoothly. With 2 EV's, our electricity bill is either net zero or we have gotten a small credit on our bill. We plan on using Willie again to help us with our next solar install in our new home. Go with Sunpower, you won't regret it!

  I cannot recommend Solar Vast highly enough. They were in all respects completely courteous and professional, and they installed a state-of-the-art system which I am very happy with. They communicated everything in advance, so I knew what to expect. The sales person I worked with was Vincent. He was at all times knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He answered all of my many questions. I honestly don't have even a single complaint about anything related to my solar installation. The first company we contacted was through a national discount shopping warehouse. That company produced a good offer, but we decided to shop around.

  I have SunPower solar panels, I bought them from Solar Vast. I already wrote a great review because Solar Vast was perfect during the selling and installation period. Another company was recently polishing my concrete floor and when they attached their machines to my electrical panel (they had to open it and remove the front cover) the power went off and solar panels were also disconnected. That concrete polishing company messed up something in my electrical panel so I could not connect again the solar panels. I had to call Solar Vast, and in few minutes a technician was there and fixed everything. He also checked my panels because it seemed to me like one panel was not parallel and well aligned with the others. But instead everything was good. I did not have to pay anything, Solar Vast was very responsive and effective, and fixed everything very quickly. I am very happy with them, I would have not trusted another electrician (the concrete polishing company had also an electrician), because solar panels are important and delicate, I don't want to mess up things in the electrical panel.

  When it comes with sales, they are good, they will come to your house and call you everyday. When you need customer service, good luck on that. They have all kinds of excuses.
