  There's no way to retract a review and I'm too busy to find out but the jist of it is this. I am apologizing for the review I wrote a few days earlier. I had the wrong company. Kelley B. gave me all the info I needed and even assisted helping me with the problem I was having with my panels. I only wish now that the previous owner wasn't so cheap and hired SunPower by Precis instead of the company dealing with now.

  Our experience with SunPower by Precis was wonderful from beginning to end. Paul Walker made a very thorough presentation and didn't try to oversell us; he knows his stuff. Their panels happen to be the highest rated out there (I did extensive research), their warranty is longer than many top companies, and their installation crew is fantastic -- they have their own crews rather than farm out installation to third party installers. It took longer then we expected to get the system completely up and running due to their popularity, the permitting process and inspections, but it was worth it. Very happy we went solar and used them!

  Precis Solar is awesome! They are quick to respond and schedule a consultation. Very informative and straight forward and literally provide the BEST solar panels on the market at a very competitive price! I highly recommend them to anyone looking into solar!

  If you looking for solar this is the place to go. Paul Walker is the person I had getting my solar.He'sthe best anytime I needed anything he would answer my question and very helpful. I wish I would have done solar before you save so much money. This company is the best

  I want to thank Paul Walker (salesman) For guiding me through this experience. His presentation was excellent. His effort to answer any questions i had was a relief.I also want to thank Kelly Barber for helping me with the Contract. I want to thank the 3 man crew who did the install in two days. i was impressed with there work they even painted the conduits to match my wall who does that.

  I'm loving Install. This is what I requested from my Sales Rep Tim Marquez. Edison shut down the power on the whole block for service maintenance. Most of the house is running on the back up batteries.

  By far the worst solar company we've ever dealt with, "it came with our new home" but it did not and their customer service reps are insignificant can't even get their stories to align charging extra fees that we suposably agreed to, looking Into other companies as we speak after I write this review of how horrible their service is! Do not purchase Sunpower and if you do be prepared for a 30 year headache if u stick with them!

  Allow me to tell you how awesome Devon Lee and SunPower by Precis has been to our family. I am a Registered Nurse and my husband works for the government. We have odd hours and Devon was always accommodating. I also have to understand the details of everything and he was the most intelligent man that I have ever had a conversation with regarding solar. I interviewed four companies and his company was superior over the others. He never bugged me and patiently waited for me to make a decision. His customer service is beyond stellar and his company sells a top notch product....bottom line. I also referred him to my parents and that means a lot coming from me.

  Thank you Précis Power! I am Absolutely thrilled with the work the crew of guys we had did. Kevin, Justin, Sean, and Nick were awesome. They were all very concerned with the quality of work that I was getting by them and whether or not we were happy. I have to say that it was the easiest and most laid back work I have ever had done on my house. HIRE THEM! Ask for this crew!

  We just had our inspections done! Jesus reyes is basically inspector gadget. He made our wall beautiful. Couldn't even see where they had opened the wall up! His craftsmanship is a true art. He was very kind, he had a great sense of humor and he treated us just like family! He worked very hard and very efficiently. Over all we were very pleased with his work.

  We been thinking about getting solar panels for awhile now, but after sitting down with Nicholas Martisofski and talking about the benefits I couldn't feel any more comfortable. Nic was very informative and really took the time to explain how everything works which can be a little intimidating understanding the numbers. Never did I ever feel pressured or felt like I wasn't being provided with enough info because nic will re assure you of any questions you may have so don't be afraid to ask. Customer service is top notch you won't be disappointed.

  We finally got our system turned on a little over a week ago. Although I wasn't terribly impressed with the communication throughout the entire process and feel this is something that could definitely be improved upon, they were pretty good about taking care of any issues that came up. For example, we had to get some repair/patching done on the ceiling in our kitchen when they were up in our attic running wires and such, and a junction box fell through my kitchen ceiling (eeek)--they were great about patching the hole, getting a paint sample to ensure the colors matched, and painting it (even coming back on a different day to apply another coat of paint to ensure a good coat/finish). Later, during one of our recent rains, we discovered a leak in the ceiling in my daughter's room, called them and they came out within a reasonable amount of time to fix the roof issue. My husband has been monitoring our power usage through SDG&E's website and we are very pleased to see such a dramatic decrease in our energy usage.

  I just wanted say I installed a 6.0k system, it is functioning great, the install went off smooth, they we're fast and work was high quality.. Tonight I finally got my manual that was dropped off by Tim he was very professional and took time to explain all questions I had about how system works and efficiencies are calculated.. Great experience highly recommend
