  Sullivan Solar Power was an excellent choice for my solar needs. I had an fantastic experience, starting at the education phase, to sales, to implementation, and finally the close out phase. Jordan Kelly, as the Project Developer explained in detail the process for implementing solar on my house, including the number of panels I would need for my electric needs, and the amount of solar production I would be generating annually.

From the first phone call I placed, I received a quick response and Jordan Kelly came out and answered all my questions. They make the whole process extremely easy from start to finish.   We are very happy with our Sullivan Solar Power system. It has paid for itself in less time than we originally estimated, and we now generating about 85% of the electric energy we use at no cost. With California climate credits, our remaining bill typically has been less than $200 for the entire year.

  Sullivan Solar Power was the 3rd company that I requested a quote from to put solar panels on my condo. From my initial phone call to the post installation orientation each member of their time was professional, honest, and willing to answer any question. Tyler Boden, the sales representative supported our project every step of the way. James McKnight, the project manager, was also amazing to work with. Their installation crew was respectful and clearly very experienced at what they do. I would most highly recommend Sullivan Solar Panel to anyone wishing to add solar panels to their home

  Year two complete and our system is still generating power as designed. It is so awesome to be able to run our air conditioner when ever we want without worrying about our electric bill. We just received our true up bill from SCE and we are happy to say that they owed us once again. The LG battery installed with our system has kept our refrigerator running during planned and unplanned grid interruptions.

  I strongly recommend Sullivan Solar. I looked at 6 different companies and Sullivan was the best in price, incentives, and customer service. Josh Daguman came and did the assessment and he was so thorough. James McKnight was the project manager- he was very good at communicating and oversaw the project on time. I had to do absolutely nothing once I signed my contract. So easy. Now I have this cool app to monitor my panels and it couldn't be easier.

  The Sullivan Solar Power team is really on top of it. Each step of the way I felt like my questions and needs were taken care of.   This is going to be long so bear with me. I bought my house almost 2 years ago. Original 1971 fixer upper. No AC- and let's face it could use a new furnace and a good rewiring. In the first year I got the AC/furnace combo replaced - right about the same time as the SDGE substation was being redone- so my electric didn't double- it tripled or more.

  The team at Sullivan Solar did an excellent job with solar installation. The team handled every phase of the project including city permit, panel installation, coordination with SDGE for net metering and solar monitoring with online app. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. On a daily basis I can track my power use and power production. This company understands and delivers excellent customer service. This was definitely a five star performance.   Excellent customer service! We had a roof inspection recently. Because there was a small leak, we contacted Sullivan to check if the leak was caused by the solar installation from 5 years ago. Rick Kludy is the technician sent by Sullivan. Not only he took his time and had to come back the second time, he figured out a way to climb up to my very difficult sloping roof. After his thorough examination, turns out there was a small hole in the membrane from the mansard metal tile roof, even though it was not related to the solar installation, he still sealed it for us without pushing the task away. While at it, he sealed another area too to prevent any future leaking. He didn't charge us anything for his help. He has gone above and beyond for his customer, even after we already used Sullivan for our solar system, I mean he doesn't need to make a sale but he just wanted to help! I would highly recommend Sullivan Solar to you!

  Received numerous quotes on getting solar for our house and Sullivan Solar was the most professional of the other companies by far. Put 18 panels on my roof and from start to finish Sullivan Solar far exceeded our expectations. Tyler is our sales rep and he communicated everything from the start to finish. Dave was our technical lead and he was extremely professional through out the process. Every worker was polite and worked in a very safe manner.

  Sullivan Solar installed my system in March of 2009. Had a great experience with the salesperson and the installers. The entire process went well. In 2015 I started to notice a leak in my roof under the panels. I called Sullivan thinking it was one of the roof posts that support the solar panels. Sullivan came out removed some panels and inspected the roof. It turned out the leak was from a nail head that had penetrated the shingle. This had nothing to do with the install Sullivan had done 6 years earlier. They fixed the leak at no charge, that right NO CHARGE.

  Like others have mentioned, they weren't the rock-bottom cheapest, but their project from start to finish was top notch and professional. They also overcame some fairly major roof issues without charging us more, which was honorable. The system has been running over a year for us and we've had zero problems. It works great and our electric bill is nearly non-existent. My only suggestion to new buyers would be to oversize your array a few panels higher than what they recommend. They advised us to get a 24 panel system, but we had planned on getting an electric vehicle down the road so we upped it to a 28 panel system. In peak months, even while charging a car, we still earn credits from SDGE. Last note, Tyler Boden (sales rep) and Dave Moore (project manager) were excellent to work with. A+++++

  The performance of this company is spot on. Savings calculated were accurate. Professional installations and support for both home and business. My home system has not only paid for itself since 2013, but how cool is it to show neighbors monthly power company credits instead of bills. Federal tax credit for our business system exceeded $100,000 in 2016 and more to come in 2017.

  I am updating my review. After showing up, Sullivan did a good job of resolving the problem. Their follow up customer service agent was really good (Anne B.). What I liked most is she gave me a better resolution to the problem in the future, should it happen again. Specifically, a way to bypass Sunpower. That's great. I recommend people in a similar situation do the same. Just get through to Sullivan.

He was able to steer me in the right direction, along with some help from Taylor O'sullivan.   We recently had a ground mount system installed by Sullivan. Their customer service was above and beyond our expectations. Their salesman was no pressure honest and professional. He explained all of our options very clearly so that we fully understood the system and all of the pros and cons The construction crew was awesome! They were on time, respectful of our time and property. The whole crew was very friendly and professional. Our project manager Chad Cate was the best! He called us everyday with updates and responded to all of our questions and concerns immediately. We have not had very good luck when it comes to getting good service from contractors in the past, but the Sullivan guys went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have ever experienced.   I want to give a big shout out to Sullivan. They did a great job on our new solar system. It is a big investment so choosing a company wisely is a critical step. It was important to us to choose an experienced but local company. Sullivan fit the bill. We had difficult roofing material which made the installation challenging, but Sullivan absolutely did right by us. The roof is back good as new and our system is working perfectly.   Sullivan Solar has been the top choice among my friends in the medical community and they were referred to me for solar energy for my new home. They are extremely professional, and punctual. They stay in constant contact with their customers at all times during the project. Dave Moore, Brett Pursuit and James McKnight head an awesome team of installers and I have worked with them twice already this year. Very dependable and their work is top notch.   From start to end excellent experience. Started with a meeting at Sullivan offices with Tyler. Very professional and upfront about everything. Talked to 3 other companies, their seemed to be a lot of technical crap they tried to confuse me with. I never got the feeling I was being "taken" by Sullivan.   Andrew Conlisk was our representative from Sullivan. He was always on time and professional and took his time to explain how all the processes work with solar and financing. Out of all of our appointments/estimates we had. He was the only one to actually go on our roof with a GPS device to actually measure how much sun we would get year around. So that our solar output projections would be as accurate as possible. We agreed to go with Sullivan. There were no surprises, everything was installed on time as promised. Extremely professional crew with an eye for detail. We have had the solar panels up for a year now and the solar panel set up that Andrew created is actually producing more than his projected output! Our last electric bill before solar in August with Edison was $600! This past August with solar installed, it was 85 cents! I would definitely use them again!

  Sullivan Solar is a great company. They surveyed my house and roof, provided a quote and information with no sales pressure at all. Once I decided to go with them, they handled essentially everything. It is over a year now with the solar system installed by Sullivan and we could not be happier - our 24 panel system has resulted in a slightly negative electric bill and we generate as much as 40 kwh a day on the sunniest summer days. I would highly recommend them if you are considering installing solar power panels at your home!

  Installed 2.1 kw system in 2008. Had the best presentation and good reviews on findsolar.com and solarreviews.com. All workers were great, informative, cleaned up good. Tech who installed internet connection replaced my modem at no charge. Answered my emails quickly. Internet monitor is cool, had a call once it was out, 2 hrs after it went out.
