  We purchased an additional Sunpower 3.35 kW system last November. We took our time seeking bids from mutliple businesses. Solectric was very competitive with their final pricing and won my business. The installation staff took time to answer all my questions and explain the process. It was a easy installation process and I recommend Solectric to anyone. Now that the days are getting sunnier, our expanded system is working great!

  Having spent several weeks back and forth with the big "national" solar installers, I decided to check with a few local companies. Solectric was a breath of fresh air, they pick up the phone and answer your questions in real time! No uploading dozens of pictures, or waiting and waiting for a response from an algorithm. Or getting passed around to different sales people and having to explain your situation over and over again.

  This company was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to our requests. The job was completed in a timely manner and any questions/concerns we had after the installation was handled quickly, to our complete satisfaction! We highly recommend Solelectric!   Solectric installed solar panels on our home in May. We have been enjoying lower SMUD bills ever since. Dan and his crew were instrumental in the HOA approval process for solar in our community. They handled everything required for submission, including expert drawings and explanations of materials used. The installers were professional and friendly, and very respectful of our property. They left our home spotless. We would highly recommend going with Solectric. Their prices were competitive, and their service and follow-up was responsive.

  Daniel, his installation crew, and his support staff did a great job. Daniel is no high-pressure sales guy, he listens to what you want and explains his pricing. His contract makes sense. I installed SunPower panels, which are expensive but high quality and have a 25-yr transferrable warranty on the panels and roofing. His installers have been working with him for years and know what they are doing. They are friendly, respectful, and courteous. The installation was professional and clean, only took two days with some follow up in coordination with the City of West Sac and PG&E. So thrilled to have an electric bill about 10% of what it was last summer - from $220 in July 2020 to $22 in July 2021! It will take time to pay off the system but the savings will only grow as electric costs continue to skyrocket. And, I am proud to be doing my part for the environment with Solectric's help. Couldn't be happier.

  Dan and the entire Solectric team was fantastic to work with for our Enphase battery installation. Dan is a great resource on the various options of battery technology. His pricing was fair and he was never pushy. His team was respectful of my house and property; the installation is professional and clean. Solectric coordinated the City of Oakland and PGE for permitting, shutoffs, service upgrades, which was no easy task. I am glad I chose to go with Solectric and will be using them for future panel upgrades.

  I had Solectric install solar panels on my home after researching many other companies. Dan was able to answer all my questions and his staff was very easy to work with. I was on the roof during the entire install to checkout their work and can attest they are very detail oriented with great workmanship. Solectric was able to install a system meeting 100% of my energy goals. I'm very happy with the company and it feels great going solar.

  The Solectric team was great to work with. From the owner to the office staff to the installers. They were professional and responsive, and were extremely competitive price-wise, which is impressive given that they're installing Sunpower panels. They paid attention to the details on the install, going the extra mile to make it look clean and unobtrusive as possible. It is evident they take pride in their work. They were COVID cautious and it didn't slow them down. I cannot recommend this team enough.

  Getting solar for your home is a huge investment in which everyone recommends you do your research and get a few quotes prior to deciding on which company you want to go with. Dan, the owner of Soletric, was one of the first companies we reached out to to get a quote solar for our home. He came to our house and explained everything to us in layman terms. He did not try to pressure us into anything at all and was super friendly throughout the whole process.

  This is the third time we have added solar panels and by far our best experience! Unlike other companies, with salespeople, then engineering, then installers (all of whom seem to have different ideas and don't talk to each other), Daniel takes charge from the beginning. Planning to final installation, he is completely involved and makes sure things go well.

  Let me start with telling you that I'm the type of person that will read reviews for hours before deciding on a product. I subscribe to Consumer Reports and will check their ratings for just about anything before I buy something new (example...white cloud toilet paper is far better reviewed than any other toilet paper, and much cheaper).

  Oh mah goodness, how crooked are the wall street goons who have invaded the solar space with long term leases, and costly financing schemes. How crooked are the suppliers of panels and equipment, who charge an arm and a leg for grade c Chinese crap. How crooked and difficult is the regulatory pathway, including the utility company! Oh what a strain to keep it all straight, if only we could be more like Germany and have a streamlined cost effective solar economy.

  We had six different solar company offering their services but none of them could convince us. We always found something that we didn't like. Daniel was totally different, he explained everything step-by-step and he went beyond just basic costumer service! Usually companies are eager to have you sign a contract and then it's hard to reach them, but not with this company, we called Daniel probably about 15 times with our questions and he was always available to explain everything. So once again Daniel, thank you for your patience, great services and all bonuses you included. We definitely will recommend you to our family and friends. You are truly amazing!!!
