  Amazing work! Both fantastic and prompt service, and Dan is stellar. Any questions I have are very quickly answered in a way that is clear, concise and easy to understand. For example, I was recently confused as to why my system's (momentary) production output (6.4kW) did not equal the system size rating (8kW), and if that was even a beneficial metric by which measure. They explained that the system size rating is based on laboratory conditions which include like being at the equator on the summer solstice in perfect weather, etc... in other words, unlikely conditions for most installed systems. Additionally, you'd never expect a 1k horsepower engine to actually perform at that rating after being placed in a car, because there is loss at every transfer point.

  From our first meeting with Patty, our experience with SolarMax Technology was smooth and easy! Ryan and Shii managed a great team - they were all professional and courteous, they showed up when they said they would, and they finished the job before Thanksgiving (which was our goal)! Patty managed so much of the process in between too because she's so well versed with permitting and HOA requirements. To say the process was easy is an understatement, and I cannot recommend SolarMax Technology enough!

  I did a lot of research and it got confusing, until I started working with Patty Levin at SolarMax Technology! She breaks your billing down so you can understand it and PATIENTLY guides you through understanding what solar layout you need and how it will impact your electric bill. Patty and SolarMax Technology made it SOOO easy! Now that I'm installed, Patty is only a cell call away if I have questions. YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANYONE!!!

  Anyone looking for solar would be smart to call Patty at SolarMax Technology! Everyone at SolarMax Technology was great to work with. Patty, Shii, Ryan, Tony...everyone was awesome!   For almost 2 years I have listened to every solar pitch. I even almost signed up twice and backed out of the deal once it was time for installation because something just didn't feel right. Then I met Pete from Solarmax. Not only was his deal better than any other deal that I had been offered, but his customer service was unmatched! He designed a system for me that gave me more production at a lower cost as well as upgraded almost all of the lighting in my house to LEDs. Approval was quick and Pete took care of everything with my HOA so there was truly no out of pocket cost for me. Installation went smooth, and now I'm a proud and satisfied owner of solar.

  Shii and his entire team (Ryan, Tony, and the whole crew) did an exceptional job leading up to our solar install (i.e., educating me and my wife on the process and what to expect), the actual install, and support beyond installation. It is clear that they have assembled a group of people that take pride in their work, which is very difficult to find these days! I'm a type A person with a lot of questions, and I like to be part of the process. They worked with me the entire way, and I feel that I had all the knowledge I needed to make the correct decisions along the way (e.g., panel upgrade, roofing, etc.).   SolarMax did an outstanding job in handling our solar project. From the beginning to the end every SolarMax employee handled themselves professionally and courteously.   Before deciding on a solar company to install a system for our home, I checked out several companies. After meeting with Brandon Mezzanatto of SolarMax, there was no question that they were the right company to move forward with. I am so pleased we did. SolarMax were competitive in the cost of the system. Additionally their team are professional right from inception to installation and beyond. They show up on time when scheduled and their people are professional and courteous.Brandon really does a remarkable job of explaining the whole process and never at any time was there any pressure to purchase. SolarMax handles everything from start to finish, including submitting documents to HOA, the Electric Utility Company and arranging everything from A-Z.   Dan the man was great ! Helped with all my questions and concerns. Got a payment of only about 78 bucks a month and my SCE Bill was reduced by about 300 a month ! They handle everything for you (plans, permits, install , etc). Highly recommend everyone at solarmax. Make sure to ask for Dan Cooling as your seller rep.

  We just finished our solar installation and all I have to say is SolarMax Technology is the best! From the initial meeting with Patti and Sung through the inspection, installation, and closing meeting it was an overall great experience. They were very responsive and understanding to our needs. The project manager and his team did a wonderful job installing the entire system. They were clean and did a great job with the installation.   Great company to work with! It took about 45 days from start to finish - they kept me informed the entire process. After getting several quotes; SolarMax had the best pricing and I could not have been more pleased with the level of customer service I received. Communication is so SO important to me and SolarMax and my sales person, Dan Cooley, communicated with me during the entire process. From our very first impression of Dan Cooley, to installation, to power to operate our system, SolarMax has not disappointed.   After reviewing multiple options, my spouse and I chose Solar max to install our solar panels and start us up on solar power for our home. Pete Herrera, our initial contact and consultant, was very knowledgeable about the system and was there for us throughout the process. All of the workers and engineers who were instrumental in installing our system were knowledgeable, patient with our questions and easy to work with. They were all quite efficient and worked very well as a team. Our system was turned on today - about 7 weeks after our first consult and we are very happy to have worked with such a great team!   I was referred by our neighbor to SolarMax Technology all she said call Patty.I am glad I did, If you are looking for a solar company make sure to contact Patty Levins. Great experience from start to finish also Patty was informative and low-pressure in her approach and she has quotes price in front of us. The crew members provided great customer service via phone and email Patty, Ryan, Shii and Megan was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable during the site survey, and the installation team of SolarMax Technology crew member was outstanding onsite.
