  Greg was awesome, professional, and informative from the get go. I unfortunately moved into a home with solar and got slammed with a surprise bill from SCE and found my solar system hadn’t been working. Of course, on top of that, the original solar company was no longer in business. After calling almost every available solar company in the area, only a small handful were willing to come out and service a solar system that they themselves had not installed. I understand this due to liabilities, etc. Regardless, Greg was willing to spend extensive time with me on the phone to try and diagnose the initial problem without having to come out and be charged if it was a simple fix. After trouble shooting several things and not finding the problem, he came out promptly within a week and quickly identified a combusted and corroded junction box on the roof from poor installation from the original installers. Within 2 hours time, both he and his technician removed, repaired, and replaced the blown junction box correctly as it should have been and explained everything thoroughly to me step by step to understand how components had failed in the first place and how his work would resolve future issues from arising. He replaced and relocated the junction box as it should have been so it would be protected and safeguarded from the elements. Greg’s work was flawless, his professional mannerism and expertise with solar are unparalleled, and his price for the fix was incomparable to what other local businesses probably would have charged us based on the suggested “costs” they were already quoting me. Thank you so much for your time and help Greg. I hope anyone else in the area looking for solar or solar repairs finds the same experience that I had with SolarGraham!   Greg, the owner of SolarGraham is personable, knowledgeable and provided a competitive quote for my solar installation. His communication during the project was topnotch. He completed the project about a month ahead of the promise date and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Greg and his crew.   SUPER SATISFIED and Happy we shopped around and came upon SolarGraham. Greg is very professionals and respected our time to make such a big decision with such a large purchase. We had quotes from 4 other companies before coming across SolarGraham. The other companies were very adamant that we make a decision right then and there with them and tried to sell us on additional products which made them come across as shady or desperate.   I am confident I got the best solar system at the best price. I dealt directly with the owner, Greg, who really knows his stuff. He prides himself in his knowledge and technical skills. He used state-of-the-art equipment (I did my own research on this). I never felt pressured in any regard and all my questions were thoroughly answered.

  Called Solar Graham after experiencing some issue with my solar system. Greg came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and educated me on what the issue was.   Awesome experience all the way around. Everything went smoothly, well communicated and was done on time. From the start Greg was very knowledgeable in his presentation and explanation of the system he recommended (a 10.4kw system). He was in constant contact throughout it all, he was the sales guy, the support guy and the installer of the actual solar equipment.

  We purchased an electric vehicle and it boosted our electricity usage. Which, in turn, called the need for Solar. Solar Graham installed an 8.5 KW solar system on my home. I found Greg to be more knowledgeable compared other 20+ companies I consulted earlier. He was perfect on everything he stated and with his work. I would give him five star ratings on knowledge, product variety, contract, installation options, time estimates, permits, applications, installation, co-ordination with the roofer (we re-installed roof at the same time) and workmanship.   Professional Installation. Great prices. He did an upgrade on my 25 year old system. Inverter Died and he replaced. I rehired him to upgrade the system. Again he did an excellent job, on time and very professional. I plan on calling him again to upgrade further. I recommend him to do repairs or upgrades or new installs.
