  Joaquin and his partner were amazing. They arrived on time, did a terrific job of troubleshooting our solar system’s problem, and efficiently fixed the issue to my great relief. In addition, Joaquin was very patient and carefully explained not only what was wrong with our system, but also took the time to instruct us on how our system works, what the various codes and readouts mean, and how to monitor our energy output and use. On top of that, when I originally was contacted by Paul in the SolarTech office, he was willing to give me “free advise” on how to reset my system, temporarily. based on my experience, I strongly recommend the SolarTech team!!

  William was very thorough in documenting the issues he found. A separation in the case of the storage battery was discovered, requiring that it be shut off. A "battery specialist" will have to check that out. This was the first service we've had in over four years.

  I love having the sun make us money 💰 Great job. Very fast. Glad we picked Solar Tech. We got solar for the pool as well. Just turned on today. We will be swimming tomorrow. Thanks again.   Thank you Gino, Elissa, Evangelina, William (Technician), and all others that worked in the set-up/installation of our Sunpower solar panels. Our family is now contributing to the energy grid and enjoying a comfortable summer at home. Right in time for not paying the high gas prices with the use of an EV.   I added a second solar array to my roof at the end of 2021, and battery storage in 2022 and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and staff at SolarTech. They owned the entire project from start to finish and I just needed to get HOA approval. I would highly recommend SolarTech for all your solar and storage needs.

  Great service. Timing was just as they said so I knew exactly what to expect. Their appointment process, was also great, we received text messages confirming appointment, we received reminders, and we received announcements when they were on the way and I would request ETA and would get one and they were always on time. Financing was easy. I hope they maintain their level of customer service and attention to detail. Great to work with, definitely recommend them.

  Superb customer service throughout this entire process. Ken was thorough and proactive to find the best solution for my solar pool heating system. Lizeth was extremely professional and flexible with unplanned scheduling conflicts. Bucky and his teammate were very courteous and professional.   Loved that they showed up in a mask as Safety is my number one priority !! I just like to say SOLARTECH definitely exceeded my expectations from my initial virtual meeting with their Sales Senior Consultant Ali Ibrahim, to Ben who provided the roof inspection and design to the group of installers who installed my system, which by the way looks Great!! It is a nice clean install and painted the conduit to match the color of my house. I appreciate they cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never there. I was guided every step of the way my project coordinator Evangelina kept me informed throughout the whole process. My sales guy Ali took care of me with excellent pricing and a quality product. I referred Ali to my Sister and my Boss and got hooked up as well. I requested and received several solar quotes but Solartech stood out from the crowd with their Friendly, Professional staff and Quality product at a decent price.   I had a small leak in a pool solar connection. Sean, the Technician, was awesome. He was courteous, prompt, professional, and provided great customer service. He fixed the leak and inspected the entire system. I will only call SolarTech for my solar issues.

  SolarTech is the best!!!! My wife and I did our research and got quotes from many Solar companies but none of them beats SolarTech! Senior Solar Consultant Ali Ibrahim was great. He was very helpful and professional. We felt no pressure from him. He was able to answer all our questions and he was able to help us get a good deal with our Solar system.   I contacted SolarTech to provide an estimate for a solar system for our home. Ali came to our home and explained in detail what system would meet our needs, as well as provided a competitive quote for our aging roof. He even came back a second time to answer more questions we had. The project moved as fast as it could due to the rain. Brad and Grant's team were very professional and were very attentive. The solar installation was seamless and we were very happy with how efficiently the representative worked with the city for sign off. I can't say enough good things about SolarTech, they are great at what they do and we definitely will recommend to our friends and family!

  SolarTech did a GREAT JOB!! From the beginning with Jason B and the end with a great installation. The customer service kelp you informed with the dates and times. I'm a electrical contractor and a little picky on how thing should e done. The installation was done in a timely fashion and done very well. A++. You won't go wrong going with them.

  This company is excellent. My entire experience was fantastic. I installed with them December 2018. I have to specifically point out Ali, he was the sales representative. Did not try to sell me, delivered what he promised and was great to do business together. I requested quotes from 4 different companies; the top ranked here on yelp (including solar tech) had the best prices and best equipment (I researched). The installation process was easy, very quick and on time. There was even rain in the forecast for the scheduled installation day; so they called me and rescheduled for a day early. Overall great experience. I monitor my system online and so far working great.

  My wife and I had Solartech install our system this past summer. While there were a few bumps along the road to completion, we felt confident in SolarTech's ability to finish and do a good job. Ultimately, everything was completed and we are very happy with our system. Ali was great throughout the process in answering questions and taking care of our concerns when issues arose. So far, we've saved hundreds on our electricity bill and we've already survived our first big rain with no issues with the roof.

  Sean our service tech came by this week on schedule and dialed in my system that was installed by SolarTech and it is working great! The pool heats up to 90 degrees so fast! The family and I really enjoy having the pool Solar as it was a wonderful long term investment and we use the pool much more often!

  I was very impressed with everyone at Solartech. My experience began with working with Ali. He gave me a very reasonable quote that was sized up from my SDG&E bill. We ended up getting 21 panels and a storage battery. I was also very happy with follow-on support from Shauna, Brad, and Grant who worked administration, roofing, and the solar equipment. Questions and issues were resolved immediately. Very professional group -- I would highly recommend them.

  2018 Update: we had Solartech install our electric solar and the whole process was so smooth and easy. They handled everything and sent me an email when it was all approved and ready to switch from "OFF" to "ON" and it was great. We are saving a ton, the panels look sharp, the service and coordination was excellent and I highly recommend them.

  I'd like to thank solartech for all the hard work and all the great service they have been providing me. They gave me a great deal on my panels warranty installation took a day and a half. The system was up and running in no time and I got a great deal on the panels. I would definitely recommend solartech for their knowledge and experience about the product and the way it works. Most importantly they were not interested in my numbers or Social Security more than sitting down with me dissecting my electricity bill explaining where I was spending a lot of money. After 2 weeks of deciding whether I need solar or not they're were always There to answer any questions I had, I absolutely felt no pressure from them. Thank you salesman Jordan and project manager Grant very smart guys very great service I recommend solartech for everybody.

  I had been thinking about getting solar for my home for a few months. After talking with Ali at Solar Tech I was convinced this is the company I want to go with. He was professional, knowledgeable and a good listener. I have referred Ali to a few of my neighbors in which they signed up with him and are enjoying having free electricity.   Jason and Sean (Shawn?) were so amazing...super personable, cheerful and extremely helpful. We have a dinosaur-age system, and Sean spent so much time explaining everything and even re-labeled each pipe and lever so we knew exactly what to do; they know their business well, treated us with curtesy and respect and I cannot recommend them more highly!   I highly recommend SolarTech. They got me the SunPower panels on a great deal and the install was seamless. From beginning to the end, they were very helpful and professional. They were understanding and flexible with my moving target date for my home getting built. Even when I considered not installing solar after all the paperwork had been completed, there was no pushback. They simply gave me reasonable options. I appreciated how courteous Ali was throughout. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Charlene came by to go over the system and make sure everything is running smoothly. As a first time solar customer, I was nervous about choosing any solar company - but I'm so glad I picked SolarTech!

  Ali of SolarTech not only gave us a great price on one of the best in market Sunpower solar panels, but also managed to get it installed in less than 3 weeks. He was able to accommodate us ahead of the SDGE March 2018 Time of use deadline. Ali and his team were very prompt and responsive in their communications and installation was done in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend Ali and SolarTech for your solar project.   We'd been contemplating solar for years, until my Dad told me about his experience with Ali and SolarTech. They did an excellent job for him and he was very pleased with the price. So without hesitation and without getting other quotes, I called Ali, got his price and signed the contract. We couldn't be happier with the experience, cost or performance.   Great overall experience. I needed an inspection and service call for my older system. Solartech hadn't done the original installation and the company that did wasn't around anymore. The office said their service tech was really busy but would get back with me. The owner, Jason, called back a couple hours later saying he was in the area doing a quote and would be happy to stop by that same day. He gave me a quote for repairs as well as for a new system. But instead of trying to upsell me, gave me the realistic savings & value of my repairs vs what I would get from a whole new setup. Elected to make repairs and add on some new panels; best bang for the buck. Highly recommend.

  I gave SolarTech 5 stars because of their ability to put the panels up according to the initial assessments that were run through me. The whole install staff communicated the status of the install and that was excellent on their part. They kept me/my husband informed of any issues. I would recommend solartech to others.

  I waited a couple of months before writing this review to make sure everything was going as planned. That said, I could not be more pleased with Gino, Grant, and his crew of technicians. We installed 26 Sun Power panels and associated microinverter systems on our west roof. We interviewed five other contractors prior to selecting SolarTech, and found SolarTech's price very competitive, and their product the best in the industry. In addition, their work was on-time and professional, they left the home clean and tidy, and they returned to replace any damaged roof tiles as agreed.

  I highly recommend SolarTech! What a fantastic company! We got three of the top Yelp rated company's to bid our solar project and SolarTech was far a above the most professional organization. From product selection to project management, they far exceeded our expectations. This was no easy project with 20 full size panels and required an upgrade of our power line from 100 WT to 200 was a whole new aspect to the project.
