  Tyler and Josh specifically have been absolutely amazing and responsive and patient and consistent and always always always take my call, answer every question, about my solar system/the whole process in general AND even when it NOT about my solar system, but just need help in general or questions answered in general! ! I am a realtor and have had instances where I’ve needed help throughout the course of my day and I can turn to both Tyler and Josh again, even when it’s just a general question and nothing they will make money off of and they ALWAYS are more than willing to help me with every little question or need that I present to them! Tyler and Josh both are just good people and caring and concerned, I’ve actually referred them now to many of my own clients and friends because I know they will be taken care of and in good hands.

  Simple Energy totally underestimated my power consumption. I am paying $104 a month for the system install and it is only cutting my electric bill by around $28 per month. My bill is anywhere from $250.00 to $550.00 a month. They used Empire Solar to install my system who went out of business. I have 7 panels, out of 12, that are under performing by around 35 to 40% compared to the other 5 panels. No one is responding to my calls, emails or messages. Now I find out that the Solar monitoring system is no longer working for my system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIMPLE ENERGY LLC TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

  Do not sign anything. They will say that it is a preliminary step so that you can cancel everything later which is not true. You need to cancel everything within 3 days by sending written signed form only by offline mail delivery.

  My sales rep Mr. William Swygert was awesome he was very detail about company knowledge. He also helped me understand the benefit of switching to solar energy. Simple Energy is very professional and very helpful through-out the whole process.

  I had 4 other companies to come out to speak with me about solar panels and I know for a fact Simple Energy gave me the best price and better panels. Tony has been very patient with me. He has answered EVERY question I had without making me feel like I was Dumb. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIMPLE ENERGY. Nick has also been wonderful to work with. I have referred my daughter and my niece that is how much I believe in Simple ENERGY.

  I had Simple Energy install solar panels on my house after researching many companies. Laura was able to answer all my questions and the company was very easy to work with. I was on the roof during the entire installation to checkout their work and can attest they are very detail oriented with great workmanship. Simple Energy was able to install a system meeting 100% of my energy goals. I am very happy with the company and it feels great going solar.

  Installed 28 solar panels in Feb. Proposals from sales guy Tyler were detailed and had no money down options. Tyler was very knowledgeable plus. patient with my questions. Had been considering solar panels for years, but finally the combination of major panel price, 26% tax credit, plus rising electric bill, resulted in making the decision to go solar. Installation crew was professional. I highly recommend Simple Energy Solar - been around for a long time, professional staff, and good price.

  The Simple Energy representative who assisted me was professional and always responsive but this solar company is slow to install and even slower on delivering the incentives that they promised. We signed up with Simple Energy in August 31, 2020 and our panels were not installed until the following year. We had to pay two bills for over 8-months and we were promised 8-months no pay and an Arlo security system. The company told me that they were behind on incentives so I received half of my incentive last month and finally the balance this month in October. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this solar company.

  Very aggressive, won't take no for an answer when you tell them you're not interested. My front gate to my house was locked and he unlocked it and came to my door anyway. I would never do business with them. A van full of them get dropped off in out neighborhood from San Diego and they walk around harassing the whole neighborhood. Next time we're going to have big problems if they knock on my door again. Tell your salesman to know when to walk away.

  I want to say that after Nick talked to me and the HOA was taken care of. My elect bill was only 12 dollars this month. I am happy with my elect bill. He also gave me information who to contact if i have any trouble. He also said i can give him a call anytime. Thanks Nick.

  I am a new California home owner and I was exploring my solar options and I was just getting the run around and had installs cancelled from different company’s so I was really just going to give up on solar thing until simple knocked on my door they made it really so “simple” It wasn’t the annoying typical solar thing. Worked around my schedule and everything I even recommend a few of my coworkers to simple. I am more then satisfied with my simple solar panels and you will be too :)
