  We had them replace our roof 3 years ago. We have not had any issues. They came and inspected it a year later as well. Their price was fair and their crews very friendly. They cleaned up the site every day. We'd recommend them.

  We had a great experience with Secure roofing and solar and definitely recommend them. We replaced our roof and updated our solar and they even washed the windows upon completion!   Just talked for the first time to Richard, I had a great talk about there roofing and solar. I really liked what I heard. I was looking into getting solar five years ago and I'm glad I didn't do it then. I waited because I didn't need a roof . I can get a cool roof plus they have one if the best warranty in the business! Plus they come out every year and clean solar panels and inspect the system ! Plus they don't subcontract out.   We just had this company replace our old roof and we had a solar system installed at the same time. I felt the best outcome would be to have a company that does both the roofing and the solar so that the entire job is intergrated. I also believe you get a better price when both projects are done together. Secure had done a new roof for me on my previous home many years ago and since they had done a great job and now have added solar systems to their services I gave them the job.

  We interviewed a few other companies and decided to go with Secure Roofing and Solar. Dave Massey explained everything in detail and presented an offer we could not refuse. Though we hit a few bumps along the way, they responded quickly and corrected the problem immediately and this is why we are extremely pleased with their business ethics and one on one attention to detail. The roof looks amazing, the solar went on without a hitch and the exterior paint of the house looks beautiful! People drive by and compliment how attractive the home looks. Dave, his entire team and the solar installers delivered on point and we cannot thank them enough. We truly appreciate all that they did and would recommend them to anyone for their roofing, solar needs and paint.

  The workers from Secure were great to work with. They were very conscientious and processional, cleaning up their mess every day. They replaced my roof, put in solar, painted the entire house, and performed some needed repairs. They took my input and answered all my questions. The quality of their work was very good.   So we were walking around the Del Mar fair and came across a display for roofing and solar. I made an appointment just to see what they had to offer. So Rich calls me and sets up an appointment. Rich was super cool. He was honest and upfront about everything. Answered every question I had and was never that pushy salesman type. The product really sells itself. We decided to go with the cement tile 50 year roof and 16 solar panels to add to our current 8. And we are so happy we did.

  Secure installed a roof solar system for us about 1 year ago. We were happy with the overall workmanship. Since that time however, Secure has failed to follow up on guaranteeing related roof repair work that was performed in conjunction with our solar installation. When we discovered the roof leak, located in the same area repaired by Secure, we were given the cold shoulder by the receptionist and never received a promised return call. Hopefully the customer service related to the solar project will be better

  Outstanding in every category from start to finish! The work performed to replace my existing tile roof and add a solar system was very high quality. I wasn't even planning to add a solar system but now I am very happy that I have it. They kept on schedule even with a rain delay and completed the work as promised. They made a very difficult home project look routine. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Secure Roofing & Solar to anyone who is considering a roof upgrade or solar addition.

  Secure Roofing and Solar put in our new roof and solar system in November 2016. A bit of background: Our all-electric house was built in the early 1970s. Since then it's had a room addition and at least two rounds of electrical upgrades that I know of. It has two peaked roofs and two flat roofs, most with a full complement of old asphalt/shingle roofs that had to be completely stripped. So installing solar wasn't going to be a simple plug-and-play.

  I meet the secure and Solar team at the Del Mar fair. I really liked the whole process of what was needed. when they came out for a solar consultation I informed them that my roof is needing a replacement. They confirmed for me and gave me a good deal. I also added low-E to my roof which is also a write off. Roof and solar looks great.

  We are extremely happy with Secure. We knew we probably needed a new roof and not sold on solar. We recieved estimates from a few including Secure. Dave Massey is a great guy, came out right away. He did give us an estimate including solar. He did not try to hard sell solar and his roof estimate was detailed and very much in line with our others. We looked at other homes with his concept of 'picture framing' the solar. Needless to say we opted to inlclude the solar, but wanted it facing a different direction than recommended. Genius on Dave Massey for this picture frame concept. Dave and Nick worked with us and we had our roof started withn a week.

  I had Secure Roofing and Solar install my solar panels and a new roof a little over 2 years ago. They did a great job. I have had two minor issues occur since then and they were very quick to respond. I have virtually zero electric bill and am very happy with my decision to go with Secure Roofing and Solar.

  Three other solar companies said they couldn't do solar on our roof because of configuration issues, but Secure Roofing and Solar was the only company that said they would make it work. And they did! Our project manager Preston was professional and knowledgable, and was there for us every step of the way. All the workers were great! The work was done quickly and neatly.   We were probably not the easiest clients... we required lots of education about solar alternatives, roofing materials, warranties, inverters, and everything in between. We had a budget and a really tight installation timeframe, but Dave Massey and his son Nick were patient and helpful every step of the way working with us to make sure each of our concerns was methodically addressed. Everyone that has seen our roof and solar commented how well it turned out, and you can't argue with the fantastic solar production that I see up to the minute on my phone. We don't usually gush about companies, but these guys earned every star and an unqualified recommendation.

  These guys really came through for me by installing a new roof and repairing a lot of ceilings. Had the opportunity of working directly with the owner, Dave, one of his supervisors, Chris and shift leaders. All of them were professional and conscientious. Bottom line-They did great work. That's what I expect because that's what I'm paying for. Right? However, you don't always get that. These guys really delivered. They appear to have done excellent craftsmanship. I'm not a roofer I don't know. But from what I see, I got really good work done. I do know quality service and that's definitely what I received. These guys worked hard while they were here and cleaned up really well before they left. I'm pretty discerning and these guys met my quality specifications- and exceeded some such as with speed. They were able to get more done in a day than anyone. I also had them do a lot of work on the inside of the house - ceilings and painting, patching. They actually used dryers on the plaster and paint so that they could get as much done as possible in the day. They actually left some of the rooms cleaner than when they got there! So, all in all, I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys again- and this is coming from a guy who writes books on customer service and leadership- so I don't say that lightly. My next project with them is going to be Solar. As long as they're pricing is in order, as I expect it will be, I'll go with them because I know I'll get a quality job.

  We used Secure for our solar installation, because they had done our roof 15 years ago and were thrilled with it. We live along the coast and chose to have our panels placed only on the East facing roof for cosmetic reasons. The number of panels was calculated based on achieving net zero energy purchase. The contract included a guarantee of solar production. When we fell short, Secure came back and installed additional panels at no additional charge to ensure that the promised energy production was achieved (which it is). Both times the installation was done professionally replacing tiles along the edge of the panels. Our house was left immaculate when the work was done. We couldn't be more pleased. This is a highly professional company that ensures customer satisfaction!

  We recently had solar panels installed and completely re-roofed the house with new s tiles, our house looks 1000 times better than before. My wife and I are very happy with the results. I want to thank the project manager Preston for helping us out along with Jose and his solar crew and Marro with his roofing crew. Oh... And also want to thank Don.   A year ago I had Secure Roofing and Solar install a new roof and panels. My roof still looks amazing. They also installed new siding and storm drains. They have held up very well and drain the rain away from my house properly. A few weeks ago I used the website they provide to check on how well my panels were doing and I noticed they were producing less than I expected. I made a note that I needed to call Secure and have them look at them. The next day (without me calling) I received a call from Secure stating they noticed my panels weren't producing as much as they should and they'd like to come out and fix them.   Secure did a lot of work for us. We interviewed 5 different solar companies, and decided to go with Dave and his team. We had a new roof and solar panels installed, vinyl window replacements, a skylight and a room addition, In the end, we are very pleased with everything, however there were several bumps along the road most of which could easily be rectified with, I believe, some simple changes in process. I'd love to give Solar 4.5 stars, because it was better than a 4, but not quite a 5 star experience. But since I can't, I have to go with 4.

  Secure Home Improvement is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them for both roofing and solar work! We hired them for the installation of a solar system and the repair of parts of our roof. It was a real pleasure working with these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable and the customer service was great.   After researching several solar companies and getting 8 quotes I decided to go with Secure Roofing and Solar and couldn't be happier. I ultimately chose them because I trusted the way they installed the panels onto a tile roof. The entire process took less than a week and the customer service was great! They also continue to monitor the solar panels after installation to make sure everything runs as it should and will immediately send someone out if there is a problem (which there has yet to be any).   We contacted Secure Roofing & Solar to get a much needed new roof. We saw the promotion of free roof with the purchase of solar. We thought there had to be a catch. So we listened to there pitch & did some research. We decided it was a good deal. Their team of workers are very professional & there products & workmanship are TOP NOTCH.   Secure Roofing is awesome. They did a beautiful roof on our home and then my mother's! They were thoughtful and worked in a timely manner. They were considerate to the neighbors as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or SOLAR. I wish I had taken advantage of their free roofing offer with a Solar system purchase when we had ours done.   My brother in law used Secure Home Improvement when he had to replace his roof. I went to SHI to inquire about getting a solar system installed for my home. They had a promotion going for a free roof with the solar and it just so happens it was about time for a new roof as well.
