  The Pep Solar team is a great asset to the Arizona Community. We contracted Pep Solar to install a Tesla PowerWall at our residential property. Each member of the team was helpful and informative; we are so happy to now have a trusted source for our Solar and Battery Backup needs. Pep Solar seamlessly took care of all the permits and necessary documentation making the entire process a cinch. The onsite install team especially proved to exceed our expectations with thoroughness and customer attentiveness. The Tesla PowerWall (Battery Backup System) now works in conjunction with our previously installed solar panel system and the APS electric grid. We are no longer subjected to random APS electric grid failures and now our Solar Panels are functioning to supply our house power whenever the sun is shining!   From the first phone call, my husband and I felt Pep Solar was a company to go with. Their prices were competitive and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The first time they came out they were on time, efficient and explained the whole process. We had to get a new electric panel and they matched our exterior paint perfectly.   We interviewed several solar companies before settling on PEP. Very happy with the system overall. We've only been online with it for a couple weeks. From the salesman to the guys who did the actual install, very pleased. They took the time to explain the whole process and even painted the conduit. Very professional throughout. There's so many companies trying to sell solar that you have to ask the right questions in order to not end up with a mess. Would highly recommend PEP Solar. Thank you.

  Pep Solar was awesome! The permitting process was long, but once approved all went smoothly. Installers were great. They showed up when they said they would and got it done in 3 days. They were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Pep Solar!!!

  PEP Solar provided excellent service to help get our solar connection working again. They worked persistently, in spite of the fact that parts were no longer available, to help find a solution for our older unit so that the meter could function properly.   We had a great overall experience working with Pep Solar. We had some hiccups in the beginning, but they got everything squared away and back on track quickly. Things can happen and what we appreciated was the communication and responsiveness. That's very important to us. We had two Tesla batteries installed. The guys that came out to work on the project were great! Very professional, on time and friendly. The job took longer than expected as we have an older home that has been remodeled but they showed up everyday and did a wonderful job. They showed up for every inspection and stayed until they were sure everything was up and running. We also had a great experience with working with everyone in the office. They were very responsive to our questions and needs and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to any family or friends looking to get solar or do a project.   This review is for our second system from PEP Solar. As before, they did an excellent job throughout the process and we are very happy with the results. What separates PEP form other solar companies is their focus on selling systems that are very well designed and engineered based on their decades of experience as opposed to selling you something you may not need. The result is a high quality system at a fair price that will actually perform up to expectations. We do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family over all their competitors.

  We had a great experience with PEP Solar, both solar panels and storage. Everyone at PEP Solar did a great job and was easy to work with, from Bonnie (the owner) to Mike (the foreman) the office staff, and all of the technicians. They have us the best advice on equipment options, and their installation was excellent. They did everything promised, and exceeded expectations.

  PEP Solar was very easy to work with from sales to institution and for answering questions. Ales listened to my concerns and addressed them with accurate answers. The install team was amazing. They worked together as a team and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. Now that my system is up and running, I cannot express my happiness with the production. One happy customer!

  This is an interesting review to write as there were many things about working with PEP Solar that were great.., and a couple others that were not. Their Sales Rep (Dallas) was instrumental in getting us to choose them in the first place. His ability to explain the options, process, financial advantages and disadvantages, and in general helping us to understand the current state of Solar in the state was impressive. We had been thinking about Solar for a long time.., but were frequently unable to get comfortable with the basics. (5⭐️)

  The PEP SOLAR crew of electricians and installers did a superior job of installing our 23 solar panels and our 2 Tesla power walls. We also had their project concierge working with us to keep us apprised of permits, scheduling and payments so that the project could move seamlessly!

  Pep solar is an awesome company and Sean is a terrific guy. The company has served the area since 1978, which in itself made me feel very comfortable in their abilities. Any company that has been doing business for 40+ years must perform honestly, be reliable and offer value or it surely will not make it to its 40th anniversary. I was most impressed with the number of options we were given depending on what we perceived our solar output needs to be. I would definitely recommend working with Pep Solar!

  I hired Pep Solar to install a Mini Split AC Unit. They more than exceeded my expectations! The professional and knowledgeable staff took care of everything! I really apricate the service they provided, and their dedication to being the experts in their field/industry. The service they provided me with was top notch!!   My solar system was purchased and installed by a competitor of PEP Solar. The original vendor of our solar system jerked us around for more than 7 months when trying to get them to remove and reinstall our system to allow us to repair our roof due to issues unrelated to the solar installation. The original installer finally responded with a quote that was extremely high. I approached numerous solar companies trying to get assistance and finally found PEP Solar. Not only did PEP Solar respond immediately but their quote was half of all competing bids.

  I have had a very positive experience with PEP solar. I had a ground mounted system installed last November. I researched many solar companies and I was impressed with how long they have been in business and their clear presentation. They were on time (any delays were caused by the town of Chino Valley), they explained everything to me clearly, always got back to my questions right away and it's working great. I really like the online monitoring of how much electricity its making. I couldn't be happier.

  These guys did what they said they would do. They were ontime and the tech that ran the crew at our house was very informative and knowledgeable! Our system has been working now for two months and I can watch the performance in KW hours on my phone each day. We are producing more than we are consuming but I don’t have a lot of data to report since our system is so new. It looks like we will be 20-30% over what we use so our bill should be around zero but I’m expecting to pay the service fee from APS and not much more. Or it may even give us credits for that. I would use PEP solar again!
