  Pell Solar was fantastic from start to finish with our solar purchase. After multiple door-to-door salesmen quoting solar options (aka leases), I wanted to get some additional information. I spoke with Josh, the owner, and he offered great insight and created a quote based on location & usage. The price was lower than the other 6 quotes i received. Most importantly, they didn't outsource the roof to a third party. Josh & his crew were easy to get ahold of and were great with communication throughout the process. Picking the color of the new roof shingles was the most challenging part for us.

  Josh and the crew at Pell Solar are simply incredible. The solar panels and correlating equipment they provide is top-notch and produces fantastically. Whatever issues or bumps arose during the projects (as they always do in projects of this scale), Josh handled them without blinking and always went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. He runs a great company and is a great guy! Go with Pell Solar it will be a great decision.

  Went with Shaun Rodgers at Pell Solar for our 13.7Kwh system just under a year ago. Compared them to a couple of national companies and several local ones. The national companies were over priced, had way too many bad reviews, and sub-contracted everything. The local companies were all very close in price, reviews, expertise, and warranties. However, Pell had the best combination of those, and Shaun was able customize the system to the size we needed, using the hardware we preferred, for a low price. We wanted a zero electric bill and we got it (except for $15 a month we can't offset no matter what). Not just zero at the end of the year, but negative every month. We even asked him to anticipate the addition of pool equipment, which he did. Pool equipment installed, and we are still negative. Even if the output declines by 15% over 25 - 30 years, we will still probably end up being negative or at least breaking even. That is how you plan and engineer a solar system.

  I went with Shaun Rogers from Pell to install a 10kW system a couple of weeks ago. I shopped around to about 5 different vendors, including SunPower (I believe) who contracts through Costco and Pell was thousands cheaper.

  As we all do, I did my research, got quotes from most of the big solar companies, then spoke to Shaun and loved his honesty. Broke down the value of solar, and how it works best. Helped us understand the whole process and it being such a big investment, I felt Shaun was the right person to make the deal with. Their prices were among the lowest when comparing them with the bigger solar companies, loan and rates were also great. We signed, and waited through the process, all was great up until the install.

  After doing a lot of research on solar contractors, we ended up signing a contract with Pell Solar. I cannot say enough, as to what a professional job they did. Shaun was our contact, and my first impression of him was great. Shaun was very professional, courteous & knowledgable. We ended up with a very robust solar system, with a clean install, and working perfectly. Every question/concen was addressed and the end result was fabulous. Our system is now 3 years old & going strong. We purchased our system, along with a complete electric panel upgrade. The best part, the panel placement is very tactfully done, and you wouldn't even know they're there. Thank you Pell Solar, especially Shaun for answering every question & being there every step of the way.

  Pell solar was the easiest companies that I have had the pleasure to give them my business!!! Shawn from first call to last call very professional and great communication allll along the way! He always answered all my questions and did not make me feel pressured to buy with him. He made it more informative than sales like. I live in the city of Colton and it's known that Colton makes it difficult to work with for solar but Shawn got around it efficiently. I would recommend this company for Solar! Also to make it even better very competitive prices which made it a bonus! I'm a very satisfied customer!

  Pell recently completed a 11.5 KW solar installation on my Norco home. I worked with Shaun from beginning to end. He, as well as the various other Pell employees showed up (or called) when they said they would, performed as expected, and answered questions patiently. It wasn't quick, but it proceeded at the rate Shaun had told me to expect (actually, it was slower, but solely due to me changing my mind a couple times). It's now up and running and producing at about the rate I was told to expect. Would not hesitate to use Pell again.

  Shaun Rogers from Pell Solar was outstanding!! Very Very informative knew the answers to every question I asked him in regards to Solar. Shaun was very patient with me, not pushy at all! I highly recommend speaking with Shaun from Pell Solar before choosing any other solar company.

  Shaun Rogers provided us with great choices. He walked me through the process every step of the way. The crew installed everything in one day. They were properly masked and did an excellent job. All in all: Great cost with good choices. Excellent installation Courteous and responsive when we had questions They are a local company and don't try to run the cost up.

  Well, it's been a tad over 4 1/2 years since I turned on my Pell Solar installed panels. After replacing my 20 year old A/C Unit and Coil with a much more efficient model a couple of months ago... I am well back into "Net Zero" energy costs.

  Shaun was very helpful. I installed a 23 panel LG system with Enphase Inverters, now I watch my electric meter run backwards even when my pool pump is running. LOL

  This review is a bit late since our solar was installed in September 2019 but I didn't want the amazing service that we received from Shaun Rogers at Pell Solar to go unrecognized. First of all when my husband and I were in the early stages, Shaun spent a great deal of time on the phone with us explaining all of the differences in Solar technology. We then proceeded to get several other estimates, just so we felt like we did our homework, even though we loved Shaun already! We knew to compare apples to apples, so we asked for the same model panels, inverters and warranty coverage with each company. They all said that they couldn't touch the deal that Shaun gave us. Every step of the process was handled professionally and on time. What more can I say,

  Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference in solar companies. We were very fortunate to find Pell Solar in Ontario, Ca and worked with the General Manager, Aaron Imamura. We interviewed 4 solar companies two via the Internet presentations and two in person before we selected Pell Solar. The other companies wanted to sell us back up systems, or offer special incentives if we would sign with them. Later we found out the incentives were listed on their website for anyone who wanted to install their system. Our roofer recommended Pell Solar. What I like about Aaron is that he had our best interest in mind in setting up our system. To give you an example, we live in an HOA complex with 118 units and there is not much difference in the size of the three style model homes and their construction.

  We found Pell Solar and spoke to Sandra at the LA County Fair. Sandra and her team was super awesome. Going through the whole process Sandra and her team made it easy for me and my family. Everytime i have a question about the solar or going through the process Sandra was there to answers all my question. And the installation team was very professional.
