  Paragon Sun did my 28 panels install and they made the adjustments need to fit them all on the southside of the house..Great job ...the crew was on time n clean ..They kept us up to date on each step...Highly recommend them...Ray

  We decided to get solar and a backup battery installed in late 2021 to help reduce our electric costs and provide backup power for outages as we both work from home. It's been a few months since the installation was completed. Which was great timing for the current heat waves and power outages. We worked with Paragon from start to finish on our solar and battery system and they were outstanding. Paragons staff was attentive, built a system to our needs, and continued to provide service and support at a high level even months after our installation. For example, just a few days before the heat wave started a SoCal Edison tech came to upgrade our electric meter. During that process, he disconnected our battery system leaving us with no backup! After seeing what happened we called Paragon Sun for support and they had a technician out promptly! They got our system back up and running just in time as the next day power went out for our neighborhood. Fortunately for us, my wife and I were able to continue to work with our A/C running and had no interruptions to our power. I am so happy we went with Paragon, and I would highly recommend anyone considering getting solar / battery for their home.

  Paragon Sun solar company is amazing!!! They did a great job from start to finish, it's a little bit of a process coming out measuring everything, checking your roof, making sure that it is stable enough to handle the panels and also getting city permits etc., but everything was done and on a great schedule and they handled everything with ease. We've had our solar since October and it has been nothing short of awesome! Thank you Cori & Paragon Sun!!!

  We researched many companies for a turnkey solar setup with batteries and decided to go with ParagonSun as our system sales and integrator/installer. We are very happy with their ability to deliver a turnkey system. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and on budget through the whole process. They followed up with us every step of the way. I can say that we are now energy independent since the install was complete. The panels run our house during the day, charge the batteries, and send excess power to the grid for energy credits later. At night we run off the batteries. Everything is handled automatically with the Enphase system and it runs flawlessly.

  We had a great experience with ParagonSun buying and installing our turnkey Solar and battery System. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Excellent communication and the whole system looks fantastic. We are 100% energy independent now with the batteries.   We bought a home with solar included and expected to have a low electricity bill, but the system was ridiculously inadequate. ParagonSun was able to put together a system that covers our needs, matched the existing aesthetic, at an affordable price with a reasonable breakeven. They helped us with creative financing options and were able to get us in before the end of the year so that we could collect on the solar tax benefits.   Just celebrated my first year of my 8 solar panel system from Paragon Sun. Ended the year with producing slightly more electricity than was used. Was very apprehensive about the results I would achieve...but I am so glad I went ahead with the solar installation.

  I had been shopping for solar panels for a while. I do a lot of research before I commit to a purchase, needless to say, I had more questions than the typical buyer. My sales person, Cori, was very eager to explain the installation process and answer all of my questions. She put me at ease. She literally took control of the process and left nothing for me to worry about. As happy as I was, my wife was happier because everything went very smoothly and i didnt have any stresses.

  Just had an enphase system installed on the house. Scott was very knowledgeable and Cori was a delight. They took care of everything from design, to permits, install, city inspection and utility activation. The install time was 2 days, with inspection on the third. Cori set things up so I can see my system performance on the enphase app. I'm going back to them once enphase releases their new battery, stateside, this December.

  In my previous review I stated that this company didn't honor their promise to issue a referral bonus. I was wrong. Turns out the salesperson at the time (an outside contractor who must have selling for more than one company) started our project with ParagonSun and after I researched that company, and agreed to get solar, he switched companies and never mentioned it to me. So ParagonSun had no obligation to pay anything. The owner of ParagonSun, Cori, contacted me and she couldn't have been nicer even offering me half of the referral fee which she didn't have to do. I really wish I had my solar installed by ParagonSun as she is clearly committed to providing the best service and will be there in the future should you need it.

  We learned about Paragon Sun from a friend's mention on Facebook, where she raved about her tiny Edison bill after installing solar. We contacted Paragon Sun and worked with Matt Romero, Cori Larsen and Eric. All of them very nice, helpful and professional. Our solar panels (25 of them) were installed 4 weeks after we signed the initial paperwork. The actual installation took just one day! Our electric company is Riverside Public Utilities, and there was a slight delay on their side in getting our new electric meters installed and connected, but the entire process was very smooth overall. Paragon Sun staff were very patient in answering all of our questions. We enjoy watching our meters show how much energy we generate and send to the grid and monitoring the system through the Enphase/Enlighten website is easy and informative. I highly recommend Paragon Sun for solar. We purchased our system with no money down through Dividend Solar. If you're thinking of going solar - do it soon so that you can take advantage of the Federal tax credit and call Paragon Sun for your system!

  First off, let me say that Solar was never a consideration for our family since we are so energy conscious. However, we received a walk-up visit by Connor Craig one evening and he briefly informed me of the possibility of solar and made a follow-up appointment with my husband and I for the next day. We really didn't think it would end up being something we would be interested in; however, after some gathering of information on Connor's part, we quickly saw how beneficial it could be for us. Especially with the changes planned over the next two years with Southern California Edison.

  After ALOT of research on solar options, we finally decided on Paragon Sun. The sales process was smooth, they were very honest and exact. Our sales rep, Cori was always reachable and answered every question right away. Our installation manager, Nick was great at filling me in how it works. Their prices are really competitive and best of all, their installation process was 48 hours, permits and everything. They were quick, clean and efficient.   If you are thinking about investing in solar electricity, please call Paragon Sun. And if your utility bill is over $75, please call Paragon Sun. From the cold call - rather "cold" knock on our back door, to the final consultation with the co-owner Cori Larsen, our install was like shopping at Nordstrom, without the piano. Cori, along with her husband Erik, have built a team of professional consultants, contractors and customer care people.

This is a very professional company that responds to any of your questions or concerns immediately. John the sales rep is down to earth and very informed as well.   I work in a service oriented business in the automotive industry selling Honda vehicles. I know an excellent service when I see one. Scott, Cori and Nick was fantastic. They walked me through the program every step of the way. They were quick, informative, and responded in a timely manner. My solar was up and running in a couple of weeks.   I could not recommend Paragon Sun more highly. Cori is extremely knowledgable and her level of customer service is almost unheard of in the construction world. Their prices are competitive and in terms of overall value certainly can not be beat.
