  We cannot rave high enough about New Day Solar! Phenomenal company, outstanding crew and amazing owners! I will admit, I was not a believer in solar. However, after numerous homes in our area getting solar installed, along with the recent rate hikes by SCE, we decided to research it further. Scott and Mary are wonderful! They took the time to come to our home, discuss the features, advantages and benefits along with answering every question we could possibly throw at them.

  My husband and I had been thinking about solar for awhile and the electric bills were getting ridiculously expensive so we decided to proceed. We had a bad experience with another company a few years ago and were a little shy of proceeding but New Day was very reassuring and professional from start to finish. Mike our salesman was very informative and patient with us as we tried to decide the best plan for us. Everything was set and then he got information that a better panel was going to be available so we opted for that. They came a day earlier than planned and that was great. Our installers were wonderful and Justin provided us with a lot of useful information. I loved that they turned the solar on the day of installation. I've heard so many stories of people having to wait weeks. Today was inspection day and Lyrix and his assistant took care of everything. We had bird proofing installed and that went without a hitch. We had spoke with other solar companies but what made us go with New Day was there customer service. Thank you everyone.

  New Day is our new solar company. We first invested in solar in 2008 with another company. Our inverter died in September and was out of warranty. I Yelped for help while also contacting the original installer who quoted this loyal customer a price of $1,000 more than what New Day quoted in their near instant response to my Yelp. More shocking (pun intended), was they had an inverter on a truck available for installation that day! Keith and Oscar showed up in a short time and got right to work replacing the inverter. I forget who was teaching who, but it is very telling and encouraging when employees work together to improve their skills. It shows they work for a quality business. Our afternoon appointment may have interrupted Keith and Oscar getting home early or on time, but they didn't mind a bit. They were very courteous and didn't mind me watching from a safe distance. Newer inverters can link via Wi-fi to provide data on the electrical production and they even took the time to get that up and running for me. Our original installer did good work and I thought we were in good hands, but we are now in better, more trustworthy hands with New Day Solar.

  Ivan and his crew were terrific. Very efficient and communicated scope of work done and explained why installation was done the way it was. Left our home clean and neat. Ivan and his crew were friendly and gave us confidence we had made the right choice in choosing New Day Solar. Our sales person Wende was patient and gave us all the info needed to make a good decision. Alix, in finance was also very friendly. Overall a great experience. Thank you New Day Solar!

  Started off by quoting us with a above reasonable price. Decided to continue with them because of the high reviews and very strong quote. They offered great financing options, cheaper than a HELOC. Answered all of our questions during process. They followed up after to make sure that we were satisfied and even came back to install a Tesla charger free of charge! Was a great process, friendly crew. HighlyHighlyHighly recommend!
