From the friendly staff at the office to the tremendous help from my solar advisor Nathan, I know I chose the right company to do business with.   Overall a good experience with Lotus Energy System and I’d recommend them. Good communication, everything clear in terms of what we needed, when and how it would all work. Installation went smoothly and exactly as expected. It took a little while from confirming the order to getting it installed but understandable due to the high demand.

  Whole process from start to finish was informative, friendly and professional. Meeting with rep talked through all the points and measurements were taken on the day. Installation happened on the day agreed. Installation team were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Would recommend to anyone wanting a solar system with battery storage on their house.   Lotus Energy Systems have just completed the install of my solar panel and battery system. They have been very professional throughout the process starting with a detailed explanation of the system and benefits through to the install and handover. Very pleased with the quality of the install and the system and already seeing the benefit of lower power feed in from the grid even during these winter months. You will be able to get a lower price for a similar system but I doubt you will get better service throughout. Have no hesitation in recommending to others.

  I originally was going to go with a different solar company. However, they were taking 3 months to have an install completed and I needed this done asap. I got in contact with Ben at Lotus Energy Systems and said they could start the project asap. Thanks to him and his company I was able to have my solar installed in time to meet the deadline.   Lotus Energy Systems professionalism and customer service far exceeded my expectations. From day one, every person associated with my project was knowledgeable, polite and followed through with what they said they were doing.
