  Great experience with Sun Run. Mike our salesman was personable and he took the extra time to explain everything at the detail we needed. I doubted our solar installation could be as quick as he said, but in fact it was quicker. I’d highly recommend Sun Run and Mike if your looking for solar!

  Great job Sun Run and employees especially Kurt our rep on top of it and very helpful takes on all questions and gives exceptional answers. Team that came out to install was fantastic also very helpful and respectful from the Forman down to the installers very good team that came out to my home in San Marcos Ca. I am already talking to a coworker to hook them up with Kurt and the Sun Run team. Great job all around!. Waiting on SDGE inspection I’m confident it will be fine.   Sales person was wonderful and Andrew thoroughly explained all the information. The roofing guys were great. The panel installation folks were exceptionally professional and thorough. Communication with their superiors regarding battery placement was delayed by four hours and getting ridiculous. Up your communication game, managers.

  So far using Vivint has been a great experience for us. I especially think that our rep Kurt Petric has been wonderful! He’s always done everything to help us out whenever we have any questions or concerns and always responds to my messages right away.   Installation went well. Our sales rep, Tim Barnett constantly updated us on the progress and permits. The crew were pleasant and finished timely. They even made sure everything was cleaned up after installation.

  I'm writing this review of my sales agent, Robert. We live in east Oceanside, (near Roosevelt Middle School), and while we chose not to go with solar, I can not say enough about this young man!! He was sharp, upfront, knowledgeable, and simply had the "spark and personality" to get me to consider his product. SunRun,,,, you have a "Real Asset" in this valuable salesman....

  From the moment we met Todd, their representative, we were impressed!!! The follow-thru, the updating, and the installment ~ smooth as silk and all the technicians couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and professional!!!   I was very happy with the smooth and clean installation. The work crew was quick and efficient and the sales team was here to support them during the installation. We are due for a weeks worth of rain so I’m hoping any possible leaks, if any, will be exposed so they can be remedied quickly. Vivint has been an upfront company to work with. Very clear with what I should expect from my solar installation. I’m certainly looking forward to relief from my expensive SCE bills.

  I’ve been working with my sales rep, NICK HOWARD. He genuinely cares about his clients. He Promptly returns calls and text messages. Nick has thoroughly answered all of my questions. Has made the whole process of buying solar the easiest purchase I’ve ever made. I had considered installing solar for over 10 years but was hesitant to do so because I was concerned it might be a hassle. I only wish I had spoken with Nick 10 years ago, I would’ve saved a ton of money. Also, the lead supervisor for the installation, ANTHONY DWYER was outstanding. Like Nick, he was extremely well organized and competent. communicated with me regularly, and answered all my questions. His crew of eight, showed up at my house each morning on time. They were neat, clean, professional, cleaned up at the end of the day, and met every expectation. I could not recommend a better team.

  So far our experience has been good. We have panels on our house and everyone who worked on the panel and battery install were kind and professional. There are still a few things we are waiting on but the delay has been due to the virus and is out of our control. We are looking forward to having our system up and running and hope to see all the perks realized soon.

  I had Vivint install my solar system a year and a half ago and when SDG&E raised the rates they installed more panels with very little hassle and stuck by their product. I'm paying 75% less with Vivint than I was with the utility company. Very happy with my system!

  Mr. Josiah Hughes is the sales rep of Vivint Solar. He is very informative about advantages of having solar equipment in my home. With his explanation, I was sold on getting one installed. The personnel who did the inspection was courteous and did his business quickly. The installers are very nice, and had the system installed in no time.Appreciate the company in informing me as to the progress of the job they were doing. So far, I give the company a 5 star performance. At this time, just waiting for the city inspection and the start of solar operation. Thank you to Vivint Solar.

  I have been researching solar for around a decade. Having been a contractor for two decades, I have many connections and friends in the electrical and solar world, not to mention my own accounts with solar/electrical equipment distributors. I had decided to hold off and see if tech and prices improved. A little over a year ago my family moved from the home I had built to the highest energy standards 18 years ago. Our new home was a 1980's home, with lots of energy improvements like low-e windows, shutters, R-50 attic insulation, LED lighting, yet still having power bills that were around $600 in the summer months, and 200 in the winter, I knew I needed to pull the trigger.

  Everything has gone so smoothly. The first contact was with Mark Valdez. He stopped by after checking on the progress of the house nearby that was having panels put up. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We looked into solar for quite a while, but it never really felt like the time. We did not want a lein on our home, did not want a loan payment and didn't know all the details of this program. Mark was clear and concise which we appreciated very much. He graciously handled the million questions we had. Several family members in Hawaii have been with Vivint on this same program. They love it! With Marks expertise, and Vivints excellent reputation it was an easy transition! Everything moved along quickly and Seamlessly. The roof inspection was thorough, but quick enough. Vivint filed the permit and The installation was soon after. We are very happy with the fact that we will have a lower if any electric bill, no lein, no monthly payment other then our use which is not tiered by time of day. Thank you Vivint.   Very happy with choosing Vivint Solar for our new panels. Richard has gone over and above just the panels. We have contacts for some other work we needed and everyone followed through on schedule.   The 4 guys did a fantastic job and completed my instillation in a timely manner. They were very personable and took the time to show me pictures of all the panels they installed. If they’re a representative of your company you should be very proud. My only question is how long will it take to turn my solar on? My neighbors have had theirs installed for 3 months and are still waiting. The weather is changing in Palm Springs and U would like to take advantage if my savings. Again GREAT JOB!

  The gentlemen who installed my panels arrived on time, were very courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. They even painted the conduit to match my house walls!   Great experience with Vivint so far. Our salesperson was knowledge, took time to answer questions and arranged all the necessary details without me lifting a finger.   Vivint has been so easy to work with, and I totally credit that to our awesome rep Erica! She made sure to answer all of our many, many questions and helped the process run smoothly. The guys who installed our panels were very efficient and professional, and even helped fix our Christmas lights (: I never realized going solar would be so incredibly easy. Vivint and their team have taken all the guesswork and paperwork, and they have handled everything beautifully!

  Okay I have only been active for about one month so I cant say yet on the performance or system output but I expect it to be good since my installation went great. Very professional company no short cuts, the process took a while about 6 months since need a to upgrade the main panel, which I was told upfront. We ll worth it the contractors and subs did a great job from top to bottom they were professional stayed in contact with me and if you our looking for a PPO option I would highly recommend Vivint and Erica Powell as your sales rep great lady she will lead you all the way through it. She is the reason I chose Vivint she was the only salesperson that took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable in the process. Make sure you ask for her!

  We had a wonderful experience with Vivint Solar. Not only do they have the best pricing around, all the reps we dealt with were professional and courteous - ranging from the sales reps to the installers. We knew going in that it would take a few months for the job to be completed because of government paperwork and inspections, so that wasn't a problem. We will probably be moving in a few years, and will definitely sign up with Vivint Solar again.

  Our representative Mike Brand was great. He represents Vivint solar. He Better than great, he was awesome. I gotta give this guy some credit. He had some real patience with my family due to the language barrier. He got the job done. It was easy to understand the process.   My husband and I just recently got solar installed by Vivint Solar and we love them. The install process was very quick and easy and the guys did a great job! From the very start our rep Erica Powell has been amazing!!! She has made the process very easy to understand and has always stayed in contact with us. Her customer service goes above and beyond any I've ever seen before and tells you this company is truly a company that values their customers.
