  The Vivint crew worked 10 hours straight on the hottest day this year...no slacking. Very respectful and pleasant guys. The job looks great and they cleaned up after themselves.

  Our representative Mike Brand was great. He represents Vivint solar. He Better than great, he was awesome. I gotta give this guy some credit. He had some real patience with my family due to the language barrier. He got the job done. It was easy to understand the process. The installation was professional and easy and in no time they had my panels installed into our home. I Would highly recommend him.

  Great experience with Vivint so far. Our salesperson was knowledge, took time to answer questions and arranged all the necessary details without me lifting a finger. My schedule made finding a window for installation tricky, but everyone I’ve encountered with Vivint was very helpful and accommodating.

  Okay I have only been active for about one month so I cant say yet on the performance or system output but I expect it to be good since my installation went great. Very professional company no short cuts, the process took a while about 6 months since need a to upgrade the main panel, which I was told upfront. We ll worth it the contractors and subs did a great job from top to bottom they were professional stayed in contact with me and if you our looking for a PPO option I would highly recommend Vivint and Erica Powell as your sales rep great lady she will lead you all the way through it. She is the reason I chose Vivint she was the only salesperson that took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable in the process. Make sure you ask for her!

  Everything has gone so smoothly. The first contact was with Mark Valdez. He stopped by after checking on the progress of the house nearby that was having panels put up. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We looked into solar for quite a while, but it never really felt like the time. We did not want a lein on our home, did not want a loan payment and didn't know all the details of this program. Mark was clear and concise which we appreciated very much. He graciously handled the million questions we had. Several family members in Hawaii have been with Vivint on this same program. They love it! With Marks expertise, and Vivints excellent reputation it was an easy transition! Everything moved along quickly and Seamlessly. The roof inspection was thorough, but quick enough. Vivint filed the permit and The installation was soon after. We are very happy with the fact that we will have a lower if any electric bill, no lein, no monthly payment other then our use which is not tiered by time of day. Thank you Vivint. Thank you Mark for coming to our door.
