  I went with Semper for my new roof and solar after speaking to many friends who had recently used them. I was very pleased with my sales rep and consultant. Genevieve is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always available through the entire process with any questions or concerns I had/have. I would recommend her and Semper to anyone looking to go solar.   Great experience going with Semper Solaris for our solar install. After obtaining 6 quotes we chose Semper Solaris for the quality of work they promised and the cost value of the quote. What I mean here is they were not the cheapest quote we received but the value more than made up the small difference among the different quotes. In essence, all I had to do is sit back with the cup of coffee and let them work their magic will the install and paperwork. And they kept me posted every step of the way. Went live on Dec 13 and no issues. System working like a champ and the Enphase App on my cell tells me everything that is going on. Finally, a persuading factor in us choosing Semper Solaris is the the way they give back to our veterans community. Semper Solaris has my utmost recommendation for developing a solution to all your solar needs.

  I was initially referred to Genevieve Johnson through my good friend Susan Rodriguez. I obtained 5 solar estimates from different companies. When I spoke with Genevieve I told her what my other offers were in comparison to hers and she completely went over and above to not only match my lowest offer, but was even able to get her offer lower with the same benefits. She is smart and very efficient and explained the process from start to finish to me making it super easy to understand. I will refer any people I know to her having the confidence she will always send them in the right direction and treat them with professionalism. Communication was very clear throughout the process via phone calls and emails. Crew and workmanship were up to par.

  Installed solar panels in one day. Team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Follow-up questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Ordered the system in late Oct, inspection completed mid-Dec - just awaiting SDG&E turn-on.

  Our solar installation was handled in the most professional manner. The gentleman were extremely polite, announcing their arrival and departure each day. They left the work area clean so our dog wouldn't accidentally find bits to eat, and the installation itself looks great..we highly Sempar Solaris.

  Had a great experience, project manager Mike Le was a really nice guy. He explained the work, kept us up to date, and was very responsive to our needs and queries. It was really a pleasure to have him and the crew at our home. Our roof looks great, and we feel really secure in our home knowing that we have a top of the line new roof.   Had a small flat roof job done on a detached garage. Planning took less than a day and the job itself took less than a day to complete. Roofers were polite, efficient, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They offer Military discounts! I would highly recommend for roofing and for solar setups too.

  The construction supervisor went over the different steps that they would be doing and explained the cautions and types of debris and made it clear that this was a construction zone and be cautious. I also bought tarps for my pool and when the crew saw me starting to cover my pool the stopped me and did it for me. That was awesome.

  Aden ,came out to see what problem with Solar panels. He tested everything on the Panel. Very much customer oriented, very Professional. He me how to read the meter to make sure it is working. Thank you for a job well done .Now our Solar is up and running. He showed arrow points to Edison the goes back to Solar. Aden was excellent in explaining how the Solar system works.

  Great company to work with they were very professional and did a great job you can't even see the solar panels on my house unless you look at the right angle. The job site was cleaned every day and when they finish it was fantastic.

  Of all the things you dread researching the negotiating with solar companies has to be at the top of the list. We got a referral to Semper Solaris and Genevieve Johnson called us to schedule a quote. From the first call to the last Semper Solaris and Genevieve have been so easy to work with. We did get three other quotes from other solar companies but Semper provided the best warranty, financing and customer service. Plus the panels are made in the US - can't beat that! Once the project started our Project Manager Mark was fantastic. He would call and let us know what the status was and kept us in the loop the entire way. Our solar just got turned on by SDGE yesterday and I'm now living the life in style with AC whenever I want! HIGHLY Recommend!

  My experience with Semper Solaris was amazing to say the least! Roland Obana was my energy consultant and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, communicative and his customer service was superb! We decided to not only get solar but also get our roof done. The process was amazing because you are constantly updated every step of the way so you always know what stage of project you are in. Anytime I had a question or needed additional clarification, Roland was always available or he would get back to me within 24hrs. I highly recommend Semper Solaris to anyone needing Solar and/or roofing service and be sure to ask for Roland Obana! You will not be disappointed.

  Mike Le was an awesome project manager for the roofing portion of this project. He kept in communication with me and provided updates with pictures, while I was away during part of the job. The crew worked hard and made sure the site was clean at the end of each day. Mike also consulted with me when there were some questions about possible color mis-matches from our original choices.   This is for the roofing portion of the project. The crew was very fast and efficient. Everyone was polite and respectful. The completed roof is beyond beautiful. We love how all the vents were color matched to the roof color. The crew cleaned the work areas each evening and made sure to pick up all nails and debris from the old roof. Our project manager was very nice and courteous, he made sure all our questions were answered. I definitely will recommend Semper Solaris to anyone that needs a new roof/solar.

  We recommend Semper Solaris because they are veteran friendly and employ mostly veteran associated personnel. They had the right price and explained everything with no pressure to buy. I am a disabled Veteran and my wife is a 24/7 caregiver. The sales person explained in detail so both of us understood the process and the timing involved. Everyone that worked on our installation was timely, informative and like family – the good kind! Our timing was at the end of 2019 where everyone was trying to capture Tax credits. The communication was a bit slow in the beginning but Semper hired a delightful person that quickly eliminated that problem. We liked their placement of the panels showing nothing from the street view. Theft is on the rise in our area. Installing solar is a very complex procedure getting permits from HOA, SDGE and inspections but Semper Solaris emailed with visuals showing us each step and who, what, when, and where they were in the process and making sure it was hooked up to our Wi-Fi. It’s nice to be able to touch my phone app and see how the system is doing and producing. We even got a call from Semper Solaris a month after installation saying there was an issue with a panel and they scheduled another nice person to come and fix the issue at no cost. The company was above and beyond for this veteran and his wife.

  After comparing several solar companies, we decided on Semper Solaris because of affordability and locality. We are so happy we did. Dexter (operations) and Billie (project manager) were awesome and kept us informed almost daily on the status of our project or any questions we had. Our electrical panel upgrade and solar installation were done quickly and efficiently (about half a day each). Billie and Lucia followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied with the product, app and service and to make sure we had everything we needed for our tax credit. Semper always treated us as a valued customer and seemed willing to help with any questions/issues in the future. We would highly recommend working with Semper Solaris.

  Semper Solaris was highly recommended by our contractor. After losing 70 foot pine trees, it was the optimal time to install solar panels and maximize sun exposure. From the initial visit until installation of the panels and completion, all Semper employees were professional and courteous. Our project manager, Billie, was extremely helpful in answering our questions and keeping us updated via emails as the project progressed.

  We received four estimates. One company would not take on our project because it was on a clay tile roof, one company wouldn't work with our picture frame design. But Genevieve with Semper Solaris at down and really took the time to explain everything to me. One thing that stood out to me, and won me over, was that Semper Solaris holds all three licences to be a certified solar installer. I trusted them with our home. Billie, our project manager was really good at keeping us informed. Eric, the installer was very nice and very thorough. I've already referred Semper Solaris to three of our neighbors. Overall, we are very happy with our solar experience.
