  This is my second time installing solar panels on a house and Solar Bill Review's team is better than my previous experience in every way. From their first interaction and all the way through the installation and then beyond, they have been courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and informative... any more adjectives I can think of?   This team has got customer service figured out. For you shoppers out there, shopping solar panels here is like shopping at Nordstrom (when they are on sale and prices are reasonable). From first reach out to installation to post-install follow-ups, they have thought of the whole life cycle and ensure their customers are taken care of.

  We have been installed for a few months and our 1st bill review after install. This showed us that system is performing to expectations, and we are banking energy to use in the winter. During the process, we had questions and recognized the Solar Bill Review Team was very responsive. Melody, Nora and Crystal kept us updated all the way through. Whenever we had questions, we received immediate responses. So far so good.

  Wrote this last summer on Google (July 2021 but forgot to post on Yelp): Bill is awesome! He is super responsive and so passionate about his craft. I've been a customer of his for a year and have always been impressed by his responsiveness, passion, and enthusiasm. At first I was going to with another company but I was totally sold with the reliability, durability, and affordability of the panels. After a year, my True Up will be around $50 so I'm super happy with its performance so far. Crew is clean and fast.

  I got my solar thru Solar bill review last year and Jon was a great person to work with. Few days ago Jon go always my PGE bill help me understand every lines on the bill after my solar up n running, gave me idea and suggestion for my electric usage. This is not my first time getting solar, few years back I installed one for my olde house and I know the benefit n how it work. However solar bill review offer very good pricing and customer service, so far I have nothing but good experience with them.

  My husband and I purchased SunPower solar panels for our home in 2019 and we were referred to Jon Landsman. We were interested in purchasing SunPower panels due to the panels being of superior quality to other panels. Jon's walkthrough of the product detailed the differences in competitor products, as well as different options for us to consider in regards to energy needs. Jon was extremely professional the whole time, but with a very approachable demeanor.

  During August of 2019 we decided to invest in solar, and after online searches decided on SunPower panels. Our first contact was with Jon Landsman who visited our home and subsequently guided us through the process. Jon is both personable and professional. He answered all our questions and gave very prompt replies and information when needed. We wanted to have the system installed by the end of the year and despite some delays (seems everyone wanted to sign up for Solar!), he facilitated that goal. We just got off a follow up call with him and it reminded me to write this review!

  If you're looking into solar, you have to talk to Bill Gurgol at Hooked on Solar. His laid back, low pressure, approach to providing all the information necessary to make a decision that best fits the customer is great whether you've already decided to get solar and are looking for the right company or if you just want information only. Bill is also very hands on with his current and former customers so that they are happy with the entire experience before, during, and after your installation. I purchased solar for my house over a year ago. Bill gave me all of the info needed to make an educated decision. Even a year later, he routinely checks in to make sure that we are happy with our purchase, getting the most out of our system, and understand our billing. I would recommend Bill to anyone even remotely interested in getting solar.

  I first met Bill Gurgol in Sept 2017 when he came by my place to go over a solar plan with me. He was very nice and helpful with the information he gave me to help me decide what I needed at my house. Then couple weeks ago he dropped by for our bill review.. once again it was a pleasure to have him over. Very helpful and nice guy.. Always picked up my calls or returned them asap whenever I had a question. Thank you very much Bill!

  Bill Gurgol is a very nice guy. His very informative and knows his stuff. I heard about Bill from my brother in law. He got solar done from him couple years back and he had no regrets. I called Bill, we sat down he explained me about the process how it works. I told him I need to get my roof done first then do solar. He recommended me to couple of roofers. Had them come out. Picked the one I liked and went from there. I was very happy with roof work. After that had solar installed. Techs did an excellent job on the solar install. First I was skeptical, cause I seen solar panels installed on a roof and you will see a conduit going over the roof which they run electrical wire to connect to power panel. This guys did awesome job buy going through my attic. I dont see conduits on my roof from the streets. It's so seamless. If I had any questions, Bill was text away. My first bill came and I was kinda lost. Bill came out to my house and explained me how the billing works and what to look for. After that it made sense to me. Overall I am really pleased with the choice I made. Thanks Bill!

  I did solar in both of my houses through Mr. Gurgol. Three years ago, although I knew solar saves money, but I wasn't sure how much it would save and how to maintain the system for 20-25 years myself or if Solar company would really help me to review and maintain the system as needed as promised. Mr. Gurgol was our discovery in Home Depot He came to meet me multiple times before and after solar system were installed to make sure it worked and I understand the calculations. He even squeezed his time and called three party meeting with my tenant to help my tenant understand the system and the bill calculations on SATURDAY before his son's birthday party!!!!!!!!! 2018 is the third year. He texted me two weeks ago to schedule yearly review and changed my usage rate to save even more!!! All his extra steps and efforts put my concern to bed and make me enjoy the saving with worry free solar system. I am a sales person myself. From my experience, Mr. gurgol sells the system and serve customers with his knowledge and heart!

  Amazing customer service! Working with Bill has been nothing but a positive experience. His knowledge and professionalism blew me away. He has always been prompt with his responses and has never delayed on addressing any issues or concerns. Will definitely recommend him to friends for any solar services!
