  In defense to Matthew Master Electrician in business since 1989, I met him in the recent 2 weeks and largely his issues are with staffing. Being in Silicon Valley and have been an HR professional in the valley growing tech companies where it's tough to get good help, Matthew was transparent about his challenges in this area.

  We had contacted many solar installation companies and they all said they couldn't help us out because the home was three stories. Matt reached out to us and thoroughly checked if the project was doable. He went over many details about solar and walked us through what would be done. Next step: quote, required documents, and scheduled installation.

  I needed my inverter to be replaced. As soon as I had the replacement in hand, Matthew was very quick to come in and replace it. He was professional and as far as I could see, is a true engineer. He went above and beyond to fix some compatibility issues with the inverter mount and got me access on the solar app so that I can start monitoring the status of my panels, and all for a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased with the service i got.

  I was very happy working with Jacob, Matthew, and Jake on solar installation they did on our ADU. Not only were they very professional but also had great customer service. Our experience with them was smooth and not only did they finish the installation, but also did it in record time! There were a lot of solar companies that I've interviewed, but I was glad to have chosen this company. Having someone who is local and responsive made a big difference! Jacob was easy to work with and super helpful. I would definitely use them again should I need any solar needs.

  Matt was very responsive to my inquiry for a solar reinstall after a reroof job. This was a challenging project because he had to pick up the incompleted work of another contractor with whom I had to let go, for reasons that are a whole other story. The challenging aspect of the job was figuring out what parts were missing, how the original installation was put together etc. but it was tackled with success. He and his crew worked hard to get this job done right. My only criticisms are that it took a few weeks to get a final invoice and that I was ghosted on my communication with Matt about a service panel upgrade and EV charger wiring he was going to do for me. I guess he got busy and didn't want the job but it would have been appreciated if he let me know that. All in all though, the solar reinstall was performed competently and priced fairly. I am grateful that Matt took on this challenging job for me. Like his card says Matt is truly a solar guru!

  Fantastic people to work with. Soleil was super communicative about everything and Matt is an expert in solar. We contacted them about a solar installation on our detached garage. They quoted a system that was smaller than a competing quote, but were able to explain why - the extra panels the competitor recommended would have been shaded anyway and wouldn't have generated significant power. Thanks for saving us money, StarPower!

  StarPower was quick to respond and quote on my project. They recommended a replacement inverter for my two older units and priced out the job at a competitive rate. The replacement went well and they did a nice job of cleaning up the space after the installation.

  starpower gave me very reasonable quote with lots of information for me understand pros and cons, so i decided to go with them for my solar+battery project. it turned out to be great choice. matthew was very professional and knowledgable , most importantly he is very capable . he responded quickly and will always be there to solve the problem. there is always issues when new system was installed but you can completely trust him to figure things out.

  Very Helpful and knew what the problem was with my system. After the company that installed my system filed bankruptcy and did not honor the warranty. I contacted several other big solar companies concerning my issue for a repair, I was just another number and $$$ to them. StarPower Systems (Matthew) helped me out!   I had come across this wonderful company, Mathew & his team through one of my friend. What a Nice experience to work with! Right from Design, configuration, site visit through Installation was a pleasant experience. Mathew was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. His team arrived on time, completed the project well ahead of time, parallelly worked on permits (you need to work with different departments in city & PgE utility company to get this done on time) and we were super excited to use, feel Sun's energy in such a short span of time! and also I got the Best configuration, Better options for my Solar project from StarPower when compared with few other contractors and definitely Much much better than Big Corporations! I would highly recommend their for their expertise, thorough professionalism and you will be helping the Small businesses in these times!

  We are off-grid, and had a last-minute emergency situation during a weekend holiday. Luckily, Matthew was very responsive and accommodating. He came prepared with all his tools in the company truck, and later returned with his team to assist.

  He has come to my home and has fixed, repaired and replaced my off grid equipment. I am off the grid first time buyer and had LOTS of questions which he answered patiently with information that was never given to me from other companies. He has come to help me on holidays and weekends and is reliable and on time all the time. He is the only person I would trust to work on my solar.
