  I worked with Jamie to have solar panels installed on my home in San Mateo. I had a great chat with him and he communicated every step of the way. There wasn't a long chain of project managers or sales people in between which was great. Once the permit was approved, installation and activation happened lighting fast. I also listened to his podcast which helped me get more familiar with the industry around NEM 2.0, tax credits, batteries, etc. His quote was better than larger companies that have a lot of overhead and used the exact same panels and inverter. Very happy I went with Solar Harmonics.

  I went by my neighbor and saw his solar panels. Since we are in a town home community I was looking for a solar company that has experiences to deal with HOA's. He recommended Solar Harmonics.   Fifth year update: I'm still thrilled with my solar system and still thrilled with Jamie. I'm in the process of buying a new house, and I contacted Jamie to find out if Solar Harmonics covered my new neighborhood (he did). Jamie also let me know that he'd help me get my warranty and monitoring moved over to the buyers of my existing home when the time comes.

  After two years of excellent performance, I received an email from Solar Harmonics that one of my inverters had malfunctioned. Jamie was already fixing my problem before I even knew it happened. It doesn't get much better than that!

  We contacted Solar Harmonics again, after purchasing a system 5 1/2 years earlier from them because we needed a little more panels. I dealt directly with Jamie (owner) through email from start to finish. He was so patient with me, answering any questions, providing details about panels, pricing, set up, basically everything! I literally emailed him 31 times (no lie) and each time he responded, with knowledge, answers, and never treated me like a pest. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth. Everyone who came to work at the house was professional and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this company when looking for solar and am looking forward to all the more energy being produced at our home!

  Had such an excellent experience with Jamie and team. Straight forward, approachable and ultimately a non-stressful engagement. We installed a 35 panel / 11kwh system (should have gone bigger!) with Solar Harmonics and comparative to the Energy Sage quotes and searching around with other providers we ultimately chose Solar Harmonics because they've been around so very long! To be clear I did an exhaustive search and price comparison of 16 different options/vendors in 2017. When I finally moved forward with this project in 2021 I found that quite a few of the installers were no longer around or available. The fact that SH has been around and has a very excellent track record gave me confidence in working with them.

  I selected Solar Harmonics after considering bids from competitors for a residential roof top solar system and was really happy with their service. First of all, they designed a system that would work with my roof layout. Jamie Duran was available every step of the process (the system actually needed to be slightly redesigned, due to a PG&E undersized electric panel). Jamie took care of the permitting, helped put me in touch with various financing options, and the installation went off without a hitch. I really love the on-line portal to track the system's production, also. And their service does not stop with the installation.

  We have wanted solar for awhile, but with house remodeling and metal shingle roofs, we felt like we would never get it! Then David Marcil came by and presented to us ... and now we have solar! 18 panels, all installed and it was a very smooth operation. Our process took longer than normal because we kept on double checking all the technical data. David did not mind our questions and constantly helped us through the process. The install crew was great as well; cleaned up every day and even painted the exposed pipes to match the color of the house. THANK YOU Solar Harmonics!

  Overall the Solar installation had been a very smooth process. Jamie from Solar Harmonics took the time to answer my questions. I had different options presented to me and never felt pressured or being up-sold the products. The whole processed was definitely coordinated, timely and at the same time flexible. The installation crew was courteous. Solar Harmonics offered fairly competitive pricing, but i'm the type of person that would rather pay more for better service. I definitely got great service at a competitive price. I would recommended to friend.

  I have ways thought solar might be something I would want to have but had never understood how it worked, why it is a benefit (other than the obvious environmental), and if it would really save me money. I had been stopped a few times by those people in Home Depot that use the hard sales tactics to get your information. So Jamie definitely had his work cut out with us!

  My husband has wanted solar for years. But I am a cost vs. benefit person. Since the cost of solar has come down in recent years. I agreed we should check into whether we would get solar for our home in Discovery Bay. After meeting with Jamie Duran with Solar Harmonics it was an easy decision. He is professional, prepared and was willing able to explain what would work best our wants and needs and why. Their prices were fair and reasonable. The installation was done by professionals, they treated our home and us with respect. I could not have asked for nicer guys to be working on my home.... Thanks Scott.   I would recommend Solar Harmonics to anyone interested in installing Solar at their home or business. They delivered on everything promised, and rest assured you will not find better prices or service anywhere else. My solar production is right in-line (if not higher) than the projections, and I sleep at night knowing I was not gouged by the many impostors still going door to door in my neighborhood.

  I have had my solar panel system for more than a year and couldn't be happier. My electricity bills are gone, and now that I am retired, it's one less bill I have to worry about. Solar Harmonics did an excellent job explaining the entire process to me, so even when PG & E took 60 days to connect my system, I wasn't worried at all. I received my solar rebate very quickly, and Solar Harmonics also helped me file my tax credit. I would always recommend Solar Harmonics, and next up for me is an electric car so I can drive using solar power too.
