  We had our solar panels installed in August of 2022 with Sunternal and went live in Nov. 2022. The pricing was transparent and the installation went quite smoothly. We just had to go through couple of minor adjustments with the install due to inspections. From the initial quote to the install, the panels were upgraded to produce more energy (newer model came on the market), but the price remained the same. I also appreciate the Emphase app that tells me exactly how much energy is being captured daily...

  Let me just start by saying the first thing that I look for in any company is customer service and response. Max and Ron have both worked so diligently to make sure my solar was installed in a timely manner. Both were very responsive and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was in the dark thinking what is the next step. Max was kind enough to always notify me about what exact step in the process that I was in.   We were helped by Brian and Max to install our new solar system and we couldn't be happier. We had been researching for a while until we found Brian with great expertise and excellent customer service. He was very responsive, patient, courteous and professional even though we went back and forth and made changes last minute. And Max handled the process very well and both made sure that we're happy with everything until it's done. Sunternal also has very competitive quote with the best warranty terms in the market and we have learnt so much in the process. We really appreciate and definitely recommend to everyone!

  This is a well run highly reputable solar construction company! If you're looking for a no nonsense quality residential provider than this is the best choice for you. They're certainly not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Great experience and quality service with value, especially considering their 30 year system guarantee.   We had a great experience with Sunternal solar. Jessica Robertson was our representative and she went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% comfortable with this huge investment.   - I couldn't be happier with my experience. They were able to conduct a quote virtually to adhere to social distancing guidelines, and the process was seamless. Their communication was excellent every step of the way, and they had my system installed within 3 weeks. I just got my first Pg&e bill post solar, and it is in line with everything that was promised to me. I would gladly do business with them again.

  Got screwed. I was told repeatedly that the solar loan would be transferable if we sold the house. That the solar panels would be a big value add to the house. Neither were true. Now I am trying to sell and have to pay off the entire loan first. The house isn't worth any more than other similar homes without solar. Now I'm left with a 30K bill to pay.

  Installation was a breeze. All the permitting was done in a timely manner and our system was up and running before we knew it. They took care of everything. There was an issue following installation. The company realized that it was their error and immediately took steps to solve the problem. This company stands by its work.

  We're so glad we went solar when we did! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. Now every time we read about PG&E rate hikes, we smile because we know we are shielded. Our total electric bill for 2018 was $67. The installation was done in one day, and within two weeks we were hooked up to the grid and started receiving our energy credits.

  We've had our Bay Sun Solar system for several months now and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our salesman Gary did a great job explaining the benefits of their system, as well as the financial benefits of purchasing our own solar system using the financing option of the HERO program. The techs and engineers that came to evaluate our roof and install the system were professional and did a very clean job with the installation, they also answered a lot of questions we had about the system and the installation, they were super nice guys. We were impressed by the service so much that our neighbor across the street took notice, and now their system on order.

  My Sales Representative was able to break down and make the numbers work for me. Previous companies could not make the numbers make sense, so when this one came through it made sense we moved forward with our solar purchase.

  The installation went really smoothly, the guys installing the panels were very professional and cleaned after the job was completed. Our rep Mike was very awesome at explaining the cost and how the solar panels worked after panels were installed. We also seen a significant savings in our pg&e account after solar panels were installed.

  The installation went extremely well, all workers cleaned up after and made sure they were very considerate of our home internal and external. Solar Rep William Wood was very good and patient going over everything with us and helping us out with any and all questions that came up afterwards. Installation was very fast. We have a Massive Savings in our Energy bill!! Woohoo!

  This a followup to my original review. It is now a year since our solar installation and we are still very happy with the work. It appears that we will "0" out with PGE at our true-up in August, exceeding our expectations.
