  We had Bird metal netting installed by this company around the base of our solar panel in 2018 soon after moving into the newly build house. They claimed that their netting is the most secure in the business. I had called them today(5 year since install) because a piece of netting was some how pulled away from the base of the panel, when called the company, they said that sometimes pigeons can pull the metal fencing away and that it was originally attached to the panel by adhesives, "ADHESIVES"??? to install these netting it cost 700.00 and their claim was it was the best in the business. So now I basically have to pay for pigon abatement (pest control) before they come back out and install the malfunctioned panel for 140.00 (tech call fee)+ 15.00 ( panel fee). Please ask details which I failed to ask before considering this company. Unfortunately they don't volunteer these information on their own. Again 700.00 for metal fencing that is glued on.

  if it is true about new solar/electricity rules, etc going into effect beginning of next year and loss of tax credit, what Dale and his company did for me, is stellar. they were so professional and patient with the whole job, my questions, dealing with the city, etc. no one could ask for more. each of the company empl that I had the pleasure to speak with, were all so very respectful to my wife and me. nowadays if you " go with the flow in knowing what companies have to deal with to satisfy you, it goes along way with the total job! top drawer owner and company.

  We are extremely pleased with our new solar system. Dale's informative YouTube videos helped validate our equipment decision. Then, he and his Pacific Sun team delivered everything as promised in a very timely and professional manner. So far, our 400w Q-Cell panels are producing more than expected. And, as I'm a little nerdy, just love the Enphase Micro-Inverters which allow us to monitor as much or as little of the power output as we choose: by day, hour and/or by each panel. PacSun was an easy choice over the two other vendors we evaluated. Highly recommended!

  We are highly satisfied with our solar system installed by Pacific Sun Technologies and are fortunate to have chosen them over the other three companies we explored. This company takes the time to inform the consumer about the products they offer and other related topics through online informative videos. So, from the start, you already know what you are getting yourself into. They are professional and courteous; and each of the staff is knowledgeable in their field of work.   While I'm not an actual customer, it isn't because of lack of desire. It is only because my foam roof doesn't comport with the type which Dale and his team undertake for their solar projects. Dale let me know early on. Still, Dale took time to answer plenty of newbie-to-solar type questions, which I posed subsequently via email. He knew by this stage that there was no chance to win my business. That reflects quite well on his attitude and professionalism, and one would assume that of the business as a whole.

  Dale walked me through the entire process. Having spent awhile researching and getting quotes for the specific system I wanted Pacific Sun Tech came in below their competitors and with better equipment. We went withe the REC 370s and 2 10kw enPhase backups. This included an upgrade to my homes ancient electrical panel.

  Working in real estate, we see all kinds of homes with solar systems that are installed shoddy or where people have severely overpaid. When it came time to put solar on our home we interviewed dozens of companies. Our preference was to find a locally owned company that as knowledgeable and credible. We found that with Pacific Sun, Dale answered all our questions thoroughly and completely. Guided us to the best system for our needs. Got an online quote, delivered our deposit, they took care of the rest. The team had everything installed and permitted quickly.

  This company does not guarantee production !!! I bought a solar system from Dale and Steve at Pacific Sun Technologies in August of 2020. Following is an email I sent them in September of 2021 which will give you a sense of the issues I have had. " Steve, I spoke to you several months ago about the output of the solar system your company installed in August of 2020. You asked me to give it a full year in order to properly gauge the results and we are now at that point. The attached spreadsheet shows the KWh breakdown by month and as you can see the system only produced 81% of the forecast amount. There wasn't even one month that the production reached it's goal. You assured me that you would make any corrections necessary once you had a full year of data.

  Wow! When I started looking at solar companies I came across their youtube videos. I sent Pacific Sun a note requesting info and within 15 minutes I got a phone call. I asked for a few different systems and the next day I have 4 different systems to choose. Pacific Sun was the best pricing and value for the products they deliver. I called back a few times with more questions and always given a thorough explanation. I chose panels and battery backup. The longest lead time was the city permit process. After the plans were approved, it was estimated as a 3 day project, they were completed in 2 very hot days in September. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Equipment was placed in my garage as requested and they placed the equipment for future expansion. For me, this is an A+ installation and would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Sun Technologies for your solar needs.

  These guys are awesome! We moved into a house a year ago and noticed that the solar system that came with the house is problematic. We weren't getting enough voltage to power our inverter to push what was being generated onto the grid. I called Pacific Sun at the recommendation of our Realtor and spoke to one of the managers, Dale. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to come out to the house to check out the situation in a couple of days. The team was able to troubleshoot the issue and identified an issue with the old panels on the roof. He worked with me so that I could find a great price on some panels which we got installed. Because our system is older, there were some challenges in getting it back to where it needed to be, but Pacific Sun was there to support me every step of the way. Their level of service and competence is extremely high, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new solar system or get their existing system serviced.   These folks did our install when Sungevity was still around and it was flawless. Just a few days ago, I got a call that they wanted to come and do a free cleaning and inspection for all of their prior installs! Wow! The guys were on time and did an amazing and thorough job. If you are interested in solar for your home, this is the company for you. They truly go the extra mile.

  Steve and his team of well trained technicians and support staff are an outstanding group of professionals that do there work with pride and professionalism. Their local and they installed my system under Sungevity Solar in 2013. Sungevity as a company in the solar business is long gone...however I have had nothing but excellent service from the install, to warranty work, to my recent solar panel cleaning which the technicians arrived earlier than expected, were knowledgable of the service they were to provide and followed up with me after they completed the work with their findings and asked if I had any questions. So support the local solar professionals, they do solar maintenance and repairs but also battery backup systems and other alternative energy needs.

  I quoted and interviewed 12 solar installation companies because I was getting solar plus storage (battery storage). I ended up going with Pacific Sun because their team provided me with the most comprehensive responses as well as the professionalism they displayed thru the many touch points. Both Dale and Manny are top notch, they will be able to answer all your questions and concerns and put you at ease.

  Pacific Sun is a wonderful company! Dale was so informative and never "pushed" a sale on us, which I appreciate! He was always there to answer any questions we had and his team of installers were timely, neat and we hardly knew they were there! Would highly recommend this company!   Without a doubt this was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. If you want solar installed these are the guys you want to do it. Obviously experts in solar but also experts in roofing which is just as important. The foreman, Ian, was fantastic. He did my initial walk through, (one visit) and my install took 2 days. He took the time to answer every question I had along the way. His team was neat and efficient and shared his concern for my satisfaction. In all, from the time I made the call to get solar til I flipped the switch and went live took only 33 days (most of which was waiting for Edison to give us permission!) Awesome company, awesome experience.

  Pacific Sun did a great job on the installation of our solar panels and equipment. The Technicians were helpful if i had any questions and reminded me I can always call them if I had any concerns or questions in the future. If you have a choice on who installs your solar equipment I would recommend them and in fact I have recommended Pacific Sun to some of our neighbors.

  Great company!! I had a big install and everything went very smooth. They always kept me up to date on scheduling. They painted all the conduit to match my house. Everything was done top notch. I had a neighbor go through another installer and was sorry. The other installer started the project a month before Pacific Sun started mine and I was approved and using my system 6 weeks before my neighbor's job was done. I couldn't believe that I had the city and SCE approval just 3 days after the install was complete so I could turn on my system that soon. I highly recommend Pacific Sun Technologies!

  I have nothing but good things to say about pacific Sun Technologies INC. From the sales process through the installation everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. Our panels have been up for almost 3 years and the savings on our electricity bill has been fantastic!

  I can't believe Pacific Sun bothers to follow up on their Sungevity installation from over a year ago....but they do. My neighbor asked how many tiles they broke, and the fact that the answer was "none" sent her into mild shock. These guys did a great job, and it would surprise me if you could book them with less than a month leadtime. They're that good.

  I got Solar though Sungevity leasing and was install by Pacific Sun Tech. When one of my plugs stopped working right after the guys from Pacific Sun Tech had installed my Panels I emailed Alex and he was out to my house in less than 1 hour. He ended troubleshooting and fixing the plug even though it there was no way him or his Team could have caused the problem. This is on top of them doing a great job during the install and being super professional. These guys are the best I will do business again.
