  I shopped around with several solar companies before reaching out to Solar Shoppers. I was referred by a friend and could not have been happier with the decision. I first spoke with Levon on August 10th and informed him of exactly what I was looking for. Levon designed the exact system I was looking for and was available day and night to answer all of the questions we had regarding changes and updates to the system. Levon was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and emailed us during every step of the process.

  I shopped around for a good year before I made a solar purchase for my home and this summer it felt like my electric bill went up to almost double. Talking to many places it felt like they all had the same process. What I liked about Solar Shoppers was I got honest responses to what Solar system will fit my needs and they were not trying to over sell me on other stuff. They even provided a system that was designed where I didn't have solar panels on every side of my home so it can keep my curb appeal. Other company's were trying to through panels everywhere and I didn't like it.

  The Company is Quick to get the job done. I've heard a lot of people with other companies have been waiting for years when honestly I got mines up in running in 5 months time that's also due to a minor delay due to some changes in the administration but overall I'm happy with the work. I went from paying too much in electricity bill to almost nothing in comparison.

  We love Solar Shoppers!,what a GREAT company,so happy we decided to go with them instead of another company.They are so professional,& keep thier word as to when the work will be completed,& so fast,we had everything installed in 30 days & final inspection before our 60 days deadline,& everything was completed & signed off & the system is working GREAT!!And

  It's been 3 years since SolarShoppers installed our panels, one of the best things we ever did to improve our home! Our latest electrical bill was only $23, and that's with the A/C set at 72 degrees day and night in the AV. Our winter bill is usually around $12.

  Our roof was leaking due to a bad solar install by another company. Shawn's team repapered our whole roof and correctly installed the solar system back in place. No more leaks!! Shawn is great to work with. I highly recommend Solar Shoppers!

  Solar shoppers did a great job installing our solar system. They were very professional and helpful. Three years after instillation and solar shoppers is still being a huge help. Had an issue with our system after a bad windstorm, contacted the store and someone got back to me within the hour. They got their guys out to my house and reset the system and go everything up and going.

  I believe in a company that puts their customer first and I'm glad I chose Solar Shoppers because that's how I felt dealing business with them. No wonder they're AV's best. Took them 4 days to install the solar panels and less than a week for the inspection. They're very fast and reliable. Others will take a month to 3 months. Anyways, I was looking to add solar panels in my existing system since our current system doesn't produce enough to cover our whole electricity bill now that we have electric vehicle. I asked a quote from 5 local solar companies and Solar Shoppers stood out among them. Others made me feel that they don't wanna have business with me and some took their time to respond to my quote request.

  Levon (Salesmen) called my husband to asked if we had made a decision on the Solor Solution project, and of course we decided to go with another company for PERSONAL reasons. Levon decided to ask who we went with and we decided not to disclose that information and the call ended there. The OWNER Shawn call my mother-in-law staying we didn't give them a chance, basically going off about his product after being told we had moved forth with another company. In my years in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry I will never tell my customer "I'm glad you're not my customer." Regardless of the decision made this is not the way you treat people. But, I'm glad we don't have them as our Solor Contractor!!

  Levon came to my house as scheduled and provided a solar estimate on the spot. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A roofer came by later in the week to evaluate my roof and provided an estimate also. Overall, the price was fair but I decided to go with another company due to a specific brand of solar panels I wanted. I recommend everyone to give these guys a chance.

  Solar Shoppers is the way to go. They have been professional from the initial consultation through the solar installation. I had to call a few times to get updates on the progress, but every time I called they informed me how the progress was going and what the next step was.

  I have to say these guys are the Best! When they did the installation it was fast and done very clean and professionally. They did a little extra work for me up there on the 2nd story roof also. I've had the system for 2.5 years now and its still running strong. Crazy thing is I'm selling my house now and lost the paperwork on the installation and warranty. So I decide to get on the Solar Shoppers website at 8:30 pm Tuesday night to send them a message if they have copies they can send to me. WOW.... I get an email from Shawn with all the paperwork 10 minutes later! Who does this?? He is so committed to great customer service. I just couldn't believe it. This really is THE BEST Company for your Solar Panel needs....no question about it.

  We decided to go with SolarShoppers not only because they were local, but because from the very start with our initial meeting with Kristin where she explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The amount of panels we required and the payment was perfect for us and everything from that point on went extremely smooth. The staff including Kristin, Ricky, Adrian and Shawn were so helpful in answering any follow up questions I had. The installers were great and the respect for my home was priority to me and they did a great job of setting up my panels to getting the little things done like painting the pipes that go down the side of our home. Look at other homes with solar and you won't see that, just shinny chrome pipes that stand out and make your home look terrible. I highly recommend solar shoppers if your thinking about getting solar. I am more than happy to be a referral.....
