  There service was excellent . The attention to detail was great. Keeped me advised of every step. I had painters and installers scheduled for the same day. After some initial confusion and discussion I was able to reschedule my installation for a couple days. Great job guys.!!

  The Nexus Energy Systems team (sales, project management, installers, management) are fabulous! We've had great experiences with them, they go above and beyond. They installed our system about a year ago, and when we got our electric car we had them come back and upgraded our system to give us extra capacity. At every step of the way, from sales to post-customer support, the Nexus team has always been pleasant, prompt with their replies, on-time with delivery, on-budget, explained everything and answered all our questions.   I am glad to report that Nexus realized their mistake and promised to improve their customer service going forward. Their COO also reached out to me for apology and made up some of my loss. It's good to know that they are willing to be open-minded and improve upon their mistakes.

  Excellent customer service from start to finish. While John and Emily helped us to come up with a great solar plan to save us money for long run, the service and installation team also delivers and kept their promise! Linda follows up with us throughout the whole process, and the installation team helped us to overcome multiple challenges from the county inspector! Moreover, they partner with accountant professional to prepare tax documents for you to get your tax refund/rebate. Highly recommended!!

  They were respectful of the property and social distancing kept me informed as they proceeded very efficient . The little extras like painting the conduit. Asking how or if I preferred routing of the conduit. I received multiple calls and texts for scheduling and arrival time for final inspection . It was an incredibly positive experience highly recommend them.

  The installation was quick and fast, and they took good care of the roof tiles. Had to replace a few but they took care of that without prompting from me. Overall it was a great installation experience

  We had been considering solar for quite a while and finally decided to take the leap. We went with Bay Sun Solar because of their excellent reviews, warranty and the fact that the company has been in business for so long. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They did accidentally damage a screen on one of our windows but had it replaced and back to new within a couple hours. We are excited to now be producing our own power! We would definitely recommend Bay Sun Solar for your solar project!

  I have to revise my 1 star review from earlier. Our broker from First Class Solar, Chad, Actually heard how pissed off I was and came all the way over to meet me at my house and go over my complaints with me. We've had a miscommunication and the one problem that he did see as a possibility he's investigating immediately. So I'm changing my review to 5 stars simply because he took the time to come over and meet with me in person on a Friday night and go over every thing thoroughly with me. Our installation was actually very quick and professional, and I'm amazed at the ease of switching over to solar. Maybe thats why I was so skeptical, because everything was so easy during installation and getting our system running, I couldn't believe it was true.

  Really fast and clean installations. They were on time. Only had the system go “Live” for about a day and so far so good. I did wish that someone would have follow up sooner with me to make sure the system was turned on. I turned it one myself which was not a big deal at all. But Nexus responded quickly afterwards. So far I would recommend Nexus for Solar install. They did make it super easy. Also their loans were the lowest.

  I am glad to be doing this update and would like to make this as short and sweet as possible because, that's exactly what the experience with the owner of this company ended up being, "short and sweet". He called me and just said basically, "i understand you are not happy with our service and if that is the case, than, neither am i, at that moment, i exhaled.

  at Nexus were our go-to people when we decided to install Solar Panels on our home in San Francisco. Any issue that came up they quickly resolved. Installing these takes a team of people who all need to be on the same page. It isn’t always possible to have everyone coordinated.   I can’t thank Nexus enough for giving me the ability to harvest my own energy. Start to finish this team has been awesome to work with. The customer service they have shown me has been exactly what it should be and more. Nicc from the start has made the process smooth and easy. He explained everything and went out of his way to ease my mind on several different occasions. Before and after my install Ryan has been there for me to answer any questions I had. I am very particular and some would say “needy”... and even still they have gone out of there way to make me happy and resolve any doubt I may have had. I can’t thank these guys and their team enough for making my transition to solar a seamless, stress free process. I will continue to recommend them at any chance I get.

  I met nexus 2 years ago when no one wants to put solar panel on my roof because it was rock roof. Nexus knows just how much panels I needed for my electricity consumption. This year, Anaheim gave me two months of zero bill because I have stored more than I used. It is like getting money for using natural resources.

  I did my due diligence and went to the table knowing exactly what to ask. After hearing their answers, I knew this was the company to go with...like I said, I did my homework first and if you do too, Nexus is the obvious choice in my opinion.

  We had a bumpy road due to some miscommunications, but i do have to give them 5 stars because of the quality of their customer service. They did do a very quick install and switching over to solar was pretty seamless, I had some complaints due to some misunderstandings and our broker Chad from 1st Class Solar was amazing. he came to meet me personally on a Friday night and thoughroly addressed all my concerns. the end result is that we are very pleased with our solar and the brokers involved

  I had a total of 6 bids before I decided to move forward with solar. I decided to go with Nexus because they have been around for 38 years. Experience matters when it comes to dealing with MY HOUSE! I narrowed it down to Nexus Energy and SolarCity. I opted to go with Nexus for the simple reason they kept their word on every step of the way. I had these guys come out 4 times. They always treated me right with no pressure, by the time I was ready to sign the final docs I knew I had found the right company. Feel free to email me for about my experience and who my consultant was. I ended up purchasing the system because it was cheaper over the lease/PPA and I was able to get a great ROI.
