    My wife and I purchased a solar energy system from Sunsolar Solutions in October of 2021. Our sales consultant did an excellent job walking us through the process and communicating realistic expectations. It was about a month and a half from signing the contracts to turning on the power. The system worked beautifully until about June of 2022. That’s when our inverter failed and our system was no longer producing electricity. Sunsolar was quick to take action and remedy the situation. It took a couple of months for the warranty process, new inverter shipment and installation. However, Sunsolar calculated the energy we would have produced and gave us a check to cover lost production…which was several hundred dollars. With out a doubt this company cares about its customers and stands behind their promises. If you’re in the market to go solar, I firmly believe there is no better company to work with than Sunsolar Solutions.

The installers were top notch and very professional. They managed the entire process, getting the City and the Utility to perform their part on time. They did everything they said they would, and they did it when they said they would do it. You really can't ask for more than that.
